The server said to see it ourselves, and when we sat ourselves, the table ended up being dirty, but they didn’t offer to clean it off. I’ve definitely had better Vietnamese food in Denver in the same shopping center. Some of the stuff I couldn’t even eat because it just was like a really weird flavor. I figured out what they must use MSG because it was an instant migraine. The place is clean and cute.

The food overall was pretty good for dim sum. I don’t expect amazing service anywhere, but this was definitely one of the worst. We waited about 25 minutes before anyone came to give us water and take the paper with our order filled out. Food came out pretty quickly after that. However we waited another 30 minutes for our final dish and finally got up to leave because no one would stop at our table even with trying to grab attention. While paying at the counter, we said we didn’t get the items and the guy said they had run out. Ok, so no one would tell us? Then he continued to charge us for the items we didn’t get. We said that, he redid the bill but still continued to charge us. At the 3rd time we finally got it right. Too bad this left such a bad experience because overall the food was pretty good, but I’ll keep trying to find a different dim sum place!

As a visitor, I was overwhelmed by the amount of options for vietnamese restaurants in the city but the majority of them from reviews seemed to be lacking the authentic taste. I saw this restaurant and took a chance. So happy I did!!

EDIT: I liked this restaurant so much I recently took my aunts, uncles, and cousins from out of state here for a lunch / Dim Sum. We spent over $200 dollars and it was a complete disaster. They completely lost our Dim Sum order and didn’t say a word until I had to go up there and ask for it 30 minutes later. Only then did they acknowledge they lost it and asked us to fill out a new form. So people who ordered off the main menu eventually stopped waiting and ate their food while the others waiting for Dim Sum were left starving. Disorganization was rampant, they had no clue what they were doing. They didn’t give us basic things like forks, knives, or condiments until we asked several times and I actually at one point just went and grabbed it myself because our dishes were getting cold. The fried shrimp balls are usually good but this time on 06/19/2023 it was dry, tasted stale and old and was just bad. Honestly, I was embarrassed that I took my extended family here, it was anything but good. And they didn’t offer to discount anything and even had the audacity to pre-tip themselves on the bill. I would probably not go back based on this horrific experience.

About average for a pho place. The staff were friendly, but never refilled our water. When they seated us one of the chairs was still covered in food. Luckily there was only 3 of us and the table could seat four, so we left the dirty spot open. Of the food the best part was the fried taro dumpling. I would be willing to give this place another try.

The food was fantastic and the service was excellent!! The people who own it and/or worked there all worked as a team and with positive attitudes. Restaurant was clean, bright, no waiting and the food came out pretty quick. Have been there once before, same great experience. Will be back again, next time I’m in town.

This place was the bomb!!! Phở Hong has Pho and Dim Sum here! 2-in-1, what a deal! It’s cheaper than normal dim sum and the variety of different Vietnamese dishes tops it off. Come check this place out if you love yourself Vietnamese food and Dim Sum! Phở Hong is probably going to be one of my go to places now on Federal. They’re located in the Far East Center off of Federal and Alameda. Come try them out you won’t regret it!

The best Dim Sum I’ve had since moving to Colorado. The flavors are so good and the meats are so delicate and perfectly cooked 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. The drive from Boulder is worth it. And get the chicken feet the sauce is amazing
