Ordered:
-#3 Pho $12.25
-#19 Seafood soup $13.95
My dear friend and I both enjoyed what we ordered. The broth was quite tasty. Normally, the basil was fresh however today it was not.
Service: 4/5
Our server didn’t speak English much but she was pleasant and had a beautiful smile. We enjoyed our interactions with her.
Looking forward to coming back here again!
Upon receiving my order, it was evident that the BBQ meat served was old and had a rancid, oily smell, indicating that it had been stored for a prolonged period. My companion and I requested an exchange, but we were only provided with a replacement of the meat. Unfortunately, even with the fresh meat, we found the dish to be inedible, leading to a waste of our resources and a significant disappointment in the level of service provided.
The overall experience was further marred by the subpar service we received, which I can only describe as terrible and unprofessional. Based on this unfortunate encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend your establishment or leave a positive review.
I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues we have raised to ensure that other patrons do not have to endure a similar experience in the future.
With a solid hot bowl of pho dac biet soup, what else can I ask for? this place does the job enough. The portion and value ratio is also wonderful!!
The staff is super attentive and polite. We stayed for around 2 hours while the staff kept an eye on us and came by to see if we need water refills.
I haven’t been here in decades. It used to be the place to go with our parents but there are so many other pho restaurants with the new generation that we don’t come back.
The price is very affordable at $12.25-$13.25 compared to average $17 at other places. We got the large bowl to share and the noodle portion was a lot! We also got the beef stew. That was made to order and the meat was so tender.
If we come back, I would go for the large beef stew not pho.
As far as pricing, it was in the ballpark of other places but the spring rolls were absolutely ridiculous. Spring rolls are more than the Pho. Doesn’t make sense in my opinion as an appetizer.
Overall it was decent but not great. The pricing of dishes needs to be reviewed. Doesn’t make sense that apps can be more than main dishes. Also, this place is CASH ONLY so it can be a bit of an inconvenience if you don’t have cash or a debit card.
