My fiancé and I stopped by Pho Hoa Noodle Soup on Homestead and had a solid meal. We ordered the Vietnamese Beef Stew and the Vegetarian Pho. The beef stew was really flavorful — the brisket chunks were tender, juicy, and cooked just right. There was a generous portion of noodles, maybe a bit too much, which left us wanting more of that rich broth. A touch more spice would’ve taken it to the next level, but overall it hit the spot.
The vegetarian pho was clean and light, with a nice assortment of vegetables that made it feel balanced and satisfying. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something on the healthier side. Service was quick and the space was casual but comfortable. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

Usually pho spots are delicious and messy. Pho Hoa has a cool clean aesthetic that comes with the dishes. For example the banh mi comes with a cute egg on top. The rice plates look designed. And it’s all delicious and fresh with satisfying meat portions. The lychee explosion is a refreshingly sweet drink but it comes with too much ice.

I’ve tried many pho places around the San Jose area and I always come back to Pho Hoa as my favorite!
The garlic steak pho is probably my favorite but I would also recommend the ginseng hen and duck pho. They also have a vegetarian broth and pho dish.
The service is very friendly every time I go. They will give you recommendations if you ask and don’t know what to try. The inside of the restaurant and bathroom are always clean and well maintained, you can tell the staff care about keeping it nice and comfortable to be there.
There’s also plenty of parking as it’s in a joined lot with many other businesses. It’s busy but there’s always free spots close by.

Great phi noodle shop. Broth was on point. I like to get the veggie pho with beef broth. Awesome. Packed with veggies and very flavorful. Large size is truly a large. Bubble tea was tasty and not too expensive.

Super budget-friendly pho choice without sacrificing the deliciousness of food! I ordered the Lean Brisket pho in Junior sizing (since I couldn’t eat too much after getting my wisdom teeth out) and it was the perfect portion for only $12-13. My friends got the Regular size and it was very worth it! The broth is flavorful and comes with plenty of noodles and beef slices. Although we didn’t order any, they also offered a variety of drink/boba choices. Highly recommend for a delicious yet affordable meal!

4.5 overall; Food 4 – Fresh ingredients and tasty. Not as authentic as what else is around. Small portions of rice seem like a small thing but skimping on rice bothers me. Wife was able to enjoy the fried rolls because they were made with chicken. Kids liked the oversized drink portions and popcorn chicken. Ambiance 5 – Clean and modern. Plenty of outdoor seating.
