My friend enjoyed the chicken pho plenty of meat. My lychee drink was fresh just way to sweet. Overall it felt like no one was really listening, i asked for extra basil and sprouts they never came. I asked for the veggie they never came. Do I have to return, maybe just wouldn’t go out of my way.
The food was good, actually good Pho compared to many Vietnamese restaurants. The spring rolls were delicious. And, I love the combo they have for Pho + tea.
Service was quick and the restaurant was spacious. We’ll talk come again!
I had bought from this restaurant some time before which was decent and I was in the mood for some pho so I was back. I had gotten take out , I did leave a note stating I didn’t want onions in my soup. To me it looked intentional. Because my soup was smothered in onions, which wasnt the end of the world but the fact they didn’t take their customers modifications serious was frustrating. Last time I requested it they did it . I thought they might of been busy but no they were not. It was completely dead. The second thing which to me was like wth, the shrimp I paid extra for which was an additional 5 bucks had the poop line still intact . So it Wasn’t cleaned properly and theres no consideration for their customers requests AND My drink was missing an ingredient as well . Very ANNOYING (is as nice as i can state it). I honestly will not be returning to this location. There are dozens of pho spots here in the bay which I will be giving my service and money to. Maybe retrain your staff it might help.
