Glad we finally checked this place out! It was so good! Atmosphere was friendly and so was the staff! We ordered a bunch of food as pictured. Wanted to try a little bit of everything and all of it was amazing. My favorite has to be the Caribbean Breeze fruit smoothie though YUM! Can’t wait to come back!

Some delicious broth. Next time I’ll just get the steak I didn’t like the fatty tendon but that was on me. Sometimes I do but that day I just didn’t like it, everything else was perfect. Really yummy crispy chili oil too. Extremely quick service. I had my bowl in front of me and less than 5min.

Love the coconut Thai tea with honey boba pretty good pork and shrimp dinner.. could have used more flavor and a little more meat than salad. Price was fair. $20 per person, but that’s the average anywhere you eat these days! Nice people. Good service

Wow!! So glad to see a pho place in Sedro Woolley!
The prices are really really reasonable. Cheapest in the valley! They’re still running a limited menu until they get settled but number 45 was delicious! I’m super happy to have a place I can finally order tendon as a topping north of Everett. Crunchy flank was also great and I’m excited to get it again. I highly encourage stepping out of your comfort zone with these toppings. They’re slow cooked and add really fun soft/crunchy textures.
Broth was satisfyingly tasty. Also love that they do the dipping sauce bowls for those of us who have their hoison and Sriracha on the side!
I included a picture of the Thai iced tea with my hand for scale because I thought they looked short in other pics but when I got in I was pleasantly surprised that they were really wide big drinks!
Seating is small since it’s in the old lube drive through. But it’s easy to see from the big window how full it is. Will be nice to sit under the round window in the summer.
Pho Hoa itself is a chain so you can expect really consistent results once they get their footing here. Remember to be kind and let them get settled in. 🙂 Hope you guys are here to stay.

Looked for somewhere else to go for some PHO. This was surprisingly small and there is not a lot of room to sit in but there was a space for us. We order an appetizer and two different PHO. They do have a great selection of teas and we ordered two different ones. Teas were delicious. Pho came out before the appetizers which was a little irritating. The appetizers were a little small to share and the pho was nice nothing special. There was a lacking of meat in both PHO which compared to other places was a notable deficiency. Nice place to go average food very nice teas and a little pricey for what it is.

Craving for a Bahn Mi; I ordered an individual Chicken and also Pork. This is what a Chicken Bahn Mi (To Go) looks like. Perhaps the order would be different if I were to Dine in. Scarce and barely any ingredients.
I also ordered a Traditional Phō Tai, wish I took a picture of that, but didn’t, as I was hungry and consumed it. Hardly any Basil or any vegetables. For a To Go; 3 items of Spare food, it would have been better spending the $35 elsewhere or making it at home. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else. I wouldn’t come back here.
Mind you, I was the ONLY customer there that walked in. The employees in the back were just talking amongst themselves. It wasn’t busy at all.
The place may have been a previous Gas Station. It’s a small Casual spot. I suggest you Dine In, perhaps the servings may be more, or at least you can request for more ingredients.

Ordered the Pho Tai, was surprised at how good the broth was, lots of cilantro and onions lots of meat and noodles. The color was great. Very satisfied. If you are picky about your pho like me, you will like this.
