The broth was very flavorful, but the noodles were not cooked at all. As soon as I got home, I poured the broth into a bowl, but it was obvious that the noodles had not been cooked.

After a long flight and long drive from SFO to San Ramon, the family that was hankering for some soup noodles. Pho Hoa was on the way to our final destination so we decided to give it a go, and I’m glad we did. This establishment is spotless, and I mean it. It’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever reviewed. I was observing the staff and there is always constant table wiping, and counter/machine cleaning when there is down time. Even the washrooms were spotless, amazing.

Apart from its cleanliness, the food is so good. Coming from Canada we had forgotten how large some portions are here in the USA. The regular sized Pho was huge! Did I mention the food was good? The broth was amazing, and meat to noodle ratio is spot on. Even presentation was excellent. This is very unexpected for me at a Pho establishment.

The drinks were also excellent, and again, HUGE. Very tasty, cold and made well, especially the Thai tea. Lastly the staff are amazing. They are efficient, and very friendly, and really went above and beyond my expectations. Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit. It will be a satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

Came here because I was craving their seared garlic steak pho and it was 90F outside. Yep, it’s that slurping good that even the hot weather couldn’t stop me. The broth is tasty and the meat is tender. In short, cravings are satisfied!

Once the robot brought out my food, no server ever came to check on me. No water refill,no check-in. They need more help during lunch hours. I saw multiple people leave due to no one being at the counter to acknowledge/seat people.

A little dissapointed, they have a summer roll which is actually a shrimp spring roll and they put chicken in it, I didn’t like that, they are tiny too. We also ordered the fried egg roll, that was yummy, I ordered a veggie pho, the broth had some weird tang too it, didn’t like it, hubby got the brisket and meatball pho, he liked it. I recommend Joes Pho in Dublin, they do not disappoint!

Really nice pho spot in San Ramon. We had the #2 Steak and Lean Brisket, #27 Beef Stew, 2 egg rolls and a nice avocado smoothie.

The #2 was deliciously nice and hot but the #27 didn’t meet standards. The beef was a bit dry and chewy. If you’ve ever had TK Noodle (Tung Kee) beef stew with tendon then you have pretty high standards for beef stew in the Bay Area. The fried egg rolls also need improvement as it was overly fried and dry tasting which did not deserve the price per roll of $2.69 each. However, the Avocado Overload was really good!

The young staff was really attentive, polite and kind so 5 stars for them! Ample parking around the shopping center with a really cool vibe with the nusoul music playing as you enjoy your dinner and conversation with company.

Have heard this restaurant was popular down in San Jose. Guess it’s now a local in a closer location to me. Atmosphere was very spacious and clean. Portion of the food was decent for the price of it. Friendly workers. Didn’t get a chance to try their tea collection but will need to come back for it.

From all the pho restaurants visited in Bay Area this one by four deserves the stars (ignoring minor service mistakes due to lunch time rush hour).
Pleasant service with the smile greeting and offer to pick any available table. On the “limited lunch time” request food was delivered by the time we’ve managed to wash hands.
Food quality – you really have to experience were you can taste each pho ingredient, not overkilled with salt and spices where broth tells the story. Sour seafood pho was outstanding. Housemaid spicy sauce is Full of flavors and does has some bite (carful, container shoots on a squeeze).
Design and cleanliness – spotless, bright and sharp. Please keep it that way!
Will be back, see and taste more soon.

Excellent banh mi, served with pho broth.
Also has its own tea shop in back — good quality.
UPDATE: Have now had the pho — excellent broth and beef slices.
Staff is consistently friendly. If the owner is out front, he is very helpful and engaged.
We keep going back.
