I tried calling to place an order for pick up and was greeted by a Google answering machine (weird). It asked for my name and I simply said “I’m trying to place a pick up order”. It didn’t go through so I tried again and this time a guy picked up and asked who I was . I told him I’m trying to place an order. He told me it’s his personal cell and they don’t accept phone orders and to place an order on Uber Eats or door dash. I go on their site and it cannot find the Greenacres location. I go back to the Google result to try to order and there’s no order button. If I can call a restaurant to place an order to cut out middle man app from taking their profits, I’m more than happy to do that. By this time I’m already pulling into the parking lot. I get tot be pin and don’t see the name/sign anywhere I circle around and finally figured it they share the same address as Zero Degrees. They should really fix their online listing. I couldn’t imagine all of the business they’re not getting. Which I told myself I wouldn’t come back to years ago due to a bad experience with food and staff. It’s sad there’s no good Pho in western Palm Beach County.
