I had always wanted to try Pho Hien Vuong, but it always seemed too busy. I can tell you after a meal there I understand why. My son and I stopped in for lunch, and it was well worth the small wait. My son had the Pork and Shrimp Pho while I had the Vietnamese Soft Noodle Combo with Seafood Combination. They both were very tasty and filling. I will definitely be returning to try more delicious choices on the menu. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants around the triad for sure.

I was under the weather on this very rainy day. Electricity was out on the whole block but Pho was still open. If you’re looking for fresh, nutritious real food and ingredients, you’ve found the place. Pho Hien Vuong is a whole vibe. They have amazing lunch specials and have their business model down pat. Everyone in Greensboro knows about this place, especially the foodies. Just look at the colors. Service and suggestions were on point.

I’ve ordered multiple times from them and every single time the food has been consistently good. So far I’ve tried their Pho, fried rice with pork, pad Thai, crispy noodles, buffalo wings and a few other appetizers. Really amazing food.

I mean where do i even start, put simply: go now. Best Pho in town hands down. This place is an absolute gem! The food is absolutely incredible, the staff are so nice and thoughtful, and the atmosphere is great as well! Every time i go i want to try something new but i can stop eating the pho lol. Some day i will. But for now I’ve only tried the pho and some appetizers. Everything is super hot and fresh and just tastes so good. I’ve had pho at a few places and I have to say this by far is the best I’ve had! Oh my lord the broth is so good! They’re wings are also really great! I would recommend the Thai basil, but I’ve had the plain and buffalo and they are also really really good! If it’s your first time going I would recommend the Chicken Pho, the Special Beef is also really good i just prefer the chicken for some reason. Also get the appetizer tray, that way you can try some wings, rolls, and fried tofu.

This was a blind visit and when I tell you the hospitality was the best. I didn’t know what the items on the menu looked like because I never had Vietnamese food and our waiter brought me a PICTURE BOOK!! TALK ABOUT PREPARED! IT HELPED SO MUCH! You have to try the veggie curry and ask them to make it spicy. When I tell you that was one of the best things I have ever tasted. It was so fresh, light but filling WITH A LARGE SERVING SIZE! The pho was also very flavorful and large portion as well. No matter what you do get the Shrimp eggroll. The chicken was okay but THAT SHRIMP WAS VERY TASTY. I posted a review video on my tiktok (herblackhand)

First time trying this food, and must say it was quite good! I had the Curry Chicken. Portions are so plentiful that you will definitely be taking a to-go box!

We are from out of town and decided to stop here to have dinner with some family members who lived in the area. We had the Tom Yom seafood soup. It was good as expected with plentiful of seafood. The crispy noodle with seafood combination was ok. The fried noodle used was not my favorite. The sauce for it was ok too. Last dish was the combination fried rice. It was also as expected and nothing wowed me. My nephew had the Pho Special and it looks good and my niece had the chicken Pad Thai. They both finished it so I’m assuming it was good. Staff was friendly and service as well. Would recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking for some Vietnamese food. Oh, must try salted lemonade and the Vietnamese drip coffee! Yummy, reminds me of home!

We are regular over here and always get the special beef pho but this is the first time we also ordered appetizer. We got the Thai basil chicken wings which was very very delicious. It was crunchy but tender inside. The basil sauce is top notch.

This is the best pho ive ever had period. The broth is insanely flavourful (enhanced by the hot chili oil) The Vietnamese spring rolls were great, the pho ga (chicken pho) is amazing and the special beef pho was amazing.

I can see why the place was already packed after 15 minutes of opening up because the Food was delicious! I sat down right away probably because I went solo. I had a good server who helped me decide what to get since there are so many choices. I had the chicken pho with the Vietnamese style spring rolls. I will definitely go back to try some fried rice or chicken wings.
