My sister and I decided to try this place again, the first time we went was when it opened and we weren’t that impressed. This time we wanted to give it another go and I’m so glad we did. I got the B9 which is a vermicelli bowl, and my sister got the chicken pho (C1). She also got a milk tea smoothie with boba. It was super delicious. Highly recommend this place. The food didn’t take long after we ordered. We did not eat in, we took it to go. I love how they separate the pho noodles and chicken from the broth. Will definitely be coming back.

“Do it yourself delivery” via DoorDash, and not in a good way. We ordered delivery via DoorDash during Covid-19. Bad idea. The food all came in individual packages with nothing labeled. I guess I’ll mix the Pho together myself in my own bowl. The “salad” was terrible as nothing was chopped and I don’t even know if that unmarked bag was supposed to be salad. The papaya salad didn’t have papaya, just carrots. The egg rolls were ok, but I wish I would’ve ordered completely different items as most of it ended up in the trash.
I wound up just being annoyed by the whole experience.
They need to get their stuff together if they expect people to order for takeout or delivery.

I ordered the bbq pork and it was mostly fat and the rice was like paste. The last two times I have ordered from here the food has been horrible, very disappointed since in the past the food was good . I am not sure if the switched cooks or what but I will never order from this place again.

First time trying this place and we ordered take out. First impression of place it was clean but cold inside. Everyone had jackets on, even the employees. We ordered their fried crispy chicken wings, bbq beef w/ egg roll plate and the lemongrass chicken w/ egg roll plate. The beef was cold, the egg rolls were gross, the rice over cooked, didn’t come with the soup, not sure I got the lemongrass chicken because it didn’t taste like lemongrass chicken. The wings were nice and hot and the best thing we got.

I have eaten here twice and loved both dishes. I had the Beef Pho (P16) and it was just about perfect. The 2nd time I tried the Pho Ga (chicken pho) and it too was delicious.
The broth is what makes pho either OK or great and the broth in both dishes was really good. I could tell that it had simmered for a long time and the flavors were wonderful.
I will definitely be back and look forward to the next time.

I went on opening day. My mistake. The waiters were overwhelmed by the amazing turn out, and understandably one could expect mistakes to be made. When I went to the counter to pay, I was charged $35 instead of the expected $15. I questioned and saw that I was charged for a coffee I hadn’t ordered or consumed. Still, it didn’t amount to $35. To get rid of me the cashier shoved a $10 bill at me. I gave up, still out of another $10.
Deciding to give it another chance, I went when there were only three tables occupied. The vegetarian soup bowl I ordered was $8.50. It was delicious and abundant. The bill left on my table said $12.90 before tax. I demanded to see the menu and pointed out the dish I had ordered and received. The correct bill came back with an apology made in a soft voice. However, I will not go back.

I tried to email the restaurant directly but the link on the website doesn’t work so am posting here. Had a very poor experience last night, no interaction at all with the staff, who were wearing their coats and jackets serving, not very professional. Our waiter finally came to take our order, no hello, welcome, just you ready? I told him it was out first time there, nothing in response. I said we were not that familiar with vietnamese food, still nothing. We ordered four dishes, the spring rolls were luke warm, the crispy wings not crispy. My chicken dish was dry, while my husbands was ok all in all very bland and disappointing. Our waiter never came back to ask if we would like another drink or check on food. We just got the bill and left. The glasses and little mixing dishes all still had stickers on them, so obviously had not been washed yet. I really wanted this restaurant to be good. So please to the owner, I know you read the reviews here, but only comment on the positive ones. Take the criticism and turn it around to help your business grow and I would give you another chance.

Should be a 1 star but I didn’t get the opportunity to try the food. We walked out. I saw 3 other tables walk out as well. It was literally 1 waiter and it was their 1st week open. I am sure people were excited to come eat here but 1 waiter on opening week is not a smart business move. We were sat down, 20 minutes later water was dropped off and I said we were ready to order and the guy just walked away. No one came to our table for 15 minutes so we just got up and left. I saw 3 other tables do the same. I will go back as I would like to try the food.

Avoid. I wanted to like this place, it looked authentic, but everything was awful. The Shrimp Bun had really small overcooked shrimp over rice vermicelli that was chopped, not long. The fried Vietnamese egg rolls were over cooked and did not come with lettuce leaves for wrapping and dipping. Papaya salad had rubbery shrimp on top. Pork over rice not bad, BBQ beef bad quality.

Went recently for the first time and we were amazed! All the ingredients are fresh and the flavors are great! Service was also great and even though it was very busy night for a Sunday, they made sure we were well taken care of. Prices are also very reasonable and it’s pretty close to the square too. Already thinking about what I’m going to order when I go back! Excellent!
