I came here yesterday after an appointment and was so happy I did! Such a cute, small place and the food was amazing. It was a super cold day so I was craving something warm and the pho definitely satisfied that craving 🙂 I got the beef broth with the rare steak and brisket. I also ordered the crispy spring roll and the Thai pearl milk tea and was pleased with everything I ordered. Everything came out super fast, service was great, and very affordable prices! No complaints and can’t wait to go back ☺️

Not a great first time experience whatsoever me and my children decided to stop by because we were in the mood for some sushi and I know it’s pho but some places still offer it. The menu was very perplexing with both languages on it an we were just trying to figure out what was what? The server was not helpful either did he seemed like he was in a rush for us to order an was becoming upset with the question I had about the menu as if I hadn’t explained this was our first time visiting. I then just quickly decided to order a got the shrimp spring rolls, the roast chicken and rice a the shrimp pho soup. The shrimp roll came first and were ice cold a not tasteful at all and was paired with a peanut sauce absolutely not yuk !!! The grilled/ fried chicken arrived with a duck sauce the server never offered any additional sauces to try. The portion of chicken an rice was not bad however the chicken was tasteless and fried super hard , the soup came and it was a huge bowl of broth no salt, taste at all the vegetables inside were great but the shrimp was not cleaned properly. I also let the server know I was not pleased with the spring rolls an that I would not be paying for them an he informed me that yes you are paying we can’t take them off your bill. I said well i don’t want them and im not paying for something I don’t want. Bad customer experience!!! A few minutes go by an he then sends someone else over whom asked did I want to remove rolls I said yes and he said well my manager is not here and we can’t remove would you like something else I really wasn’t please already with the food so I was not looking to buy anything else or an alternative. I just said you can give us drinks since he was basically forcing me to choose another item. What if you received an online order an a customer paid for the wrong order would you still have them pay for something that they didn’t want ? And how would you have removed that or respond to the customer. The service was not pleasing at all and I will not be returning at all !!! I also spent $40 total i really felt like walking out that’s how nasty it was but my children and I did eat some of it because why would I waste my money.

The pho here is so good I had the beef brisket pho. Very delicious. Service was friendly. Food was served quickly. The atmosphere was very clean and relaxed. I will be back soon to try other items on the menu.

First time trying this Pho Ha Saigon. The food was on the okay side. Not the best Viet place for the food.

My Six-year-old son and I came to this location to try pho the first time. We ordered wings shrimp pho And summer rolls not a aware that there was a sauce on the wings. My son licked a wing and it was too spicy so we asked if we can get them with no sauce. We didn’t eat any of the wings because they were too spicy. They charged me for the order that was not eaten in the order that was ate. Not very accommodating and I failed myself looking for my server multiple times This is just my experience. I hope you have a better one.

Let me just say that I am obsessed with Pho. I was always skeptical about trying it but Pho Ha was the very first Pho I ever tried and all I can say is delicious . This is my third time coming here and I always had a great experience . The food comes out very quick (WHICH WE ALL LOVE OF COURSE ) I tried the shrimp Pho and Wontons! Amazing!

I placed a DoorDash order at 8:35 PM, while the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. That is 25 minutes before closing time — not at the last minute.
When I arrived to pick up my food, I was told that the kitchen never made my order. As a result, I wasted my time and left without any food.
If the restaurant is still open and accepting orders on DoorDash, those orders should be fulfilled. It’s very frustrating to make the trip only to be told nothing was prepared.
This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management improves how they handle online orders before closing.

It was a spontaneous decision to have lunch at Pho Ha since we were in that area for another reason. It turned out to be the right one, no doubt. The service was polite and helpful. Food tasted very fresh and well-prepared. I enjoyed it and would like to be back.

This was such a fabulous experience. Our 1st time visiting the style is open family / conversational, very clean, our waitress was so kind & sweet – Then the food was a solid 10 out of 10 – We had Shrimp Pho, Chicken Pho w/Broccoli, Shrimp Spring Rolls. All was delicious. Thank you, hope you remain above standards.
