Came here on a Saturday evening around 715pm and it wasn’t busy at all. The shop looked quite dark from the outside. I was hesitant about going in, but it looked quick and easy.
We were the first table in for that evening. I read the reviews of the pho, they think it is not very flavourful.
I ordered the beef pho and the deep fried spring rolls. The spring rolls were actually quite tasty. The beef pho was a bit less flavourful but it was alright for me. It wasn’t too salty, it tasted better with the lime juice. The beef texture was quite chewy. And indeed the portion wasn’t too big.
But the bathroom hygiene was really not up to stand. It was a bit gross actually. The sink was full of dirt. That area needed a good cleaning.

I had the Pho Ga/Chicken Pho. It was exactly what I was craving. The broth was great and the chicken breast was cooked to perfection! The serving of Pho is always large and this is first time I finished all the broth, all the chicken and most of the noodles. Stuffed!! Highly recommend!

Its a lifesaver. They open until late and we are the only customers there. The food was abundance, quick and tasty. We love the traditional coffee too. They accept cash

Stumbled into this Vietnamese spot right after landing in Lisbon. The food was really good and being there felt like being welcomed by family, especially with the Dad and his young daughter serving us so cheerfully. It was a nice, random pick!

Don’t expect the pho and buncha that you know elsewhere.
1. Portion is tiny compare to the price (12.5 for pho and 12 for Bun Cha)
2. Buncha sauce is served hot and I suspect it was heated via microwave (meat was grilled)/ usual Bun Cha is cold sauce with grilled meat…as far as I know
3. When I mentioned about the small portion when settling the bill, no response but keep smiling face only.

I lived in Vietnam for two years prior to moving to Lisbon and ever since I moved here, I’ve always been on the search for authentic Pho. I’ve tried other Vietnamese restaurants in Lisbon but Pho Ha Noi is by far number 1 for me in terms of taste and quality. The serving may be a bit small but it’s just right for its price. Maybe in the future, they can offer a bigger size with a different price. In Asia, it’s normal to choose between a small or a larger bowl. 10/10 would come back (or order online >> they’re on Bolt Food)

We ordered the Pho Bo and Bun Bo, and drinks. The broth for the Pho Bo was lacking in taste. The bean sprouts in the Bun Bo was rather dried up and not fresh. Neither was the mint leaves. For about 10 Euro per bowl, I feel that the quality of food should be improved. In terms of service, the waitress (maybe a student?) was more interested in chatting with her friend (or another staff) than to serve the customers.
On the good side, there is free WiFi available.

Small place great discovery, place run by one gentleman who does everything alone so service was slow. My pho was so so, but the vegetarian one looked great.

Good place for quick asian vietnamese snacks. I got a chicken noodle soup which was great. Nice cozy place and staff was very customer service orientated and speaks English too which is a great addition in Portugal. Its ok for small asian snacks.
