I ordered once to go and came dine in another time. The food was okay(not a perfect and surprising level) but I got a very good dine in experience here, so I rate 5 stars. The staffs are friendly, polite, and caring. I was very satisfied so I gave 20% tips. At both visit I ordered a Vietnam beef noodle, which taste really great, the soup is delicious, I’ll keep coming back for it

The food was great, ordered pho #1 on the menu, and calamari. Calamari was mid, but the pho was good!! I would recommend for the people who are craving pho. Service was ok, took us 10 tries to wave the lady down for our check but she barely stopped at our table, and there wasn’t a lot of costumers at the time. But anyways it was a good 7/10.

Portions are large and generous.
Service is swift as the waiters try to please all the guests.
Lots of parking in the shopping plaza.
A good menu.
Vegetarian dishes are excellent!

Came here with my coworkers. Being Vietnamese myself, I had high expectations for the food. Customer service was excellent and the décor is very nice. The food, however, leans more toward Chinese flavors than Vietnamese. The shaking beef cubes were tasty, but the rest of the dishes lacked seasoning. The noodles were too bland, and I could still feel grains in the vegetables (water spinach and lettuce), which made me think they weren’t washed thoroughly. The tea cup also had a fishy smell—I have a very sensitive nose, so it was noticeable. I really hope they can improve on these details.

Tried the new Pho Grand branch today, which just opened on May 27, 2025.
I usually go to their Bayside location, but once I found out a new branch opened closer to home, I had to give it a try.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed the atmosphere was quite different from the original location — this one feels more spacious, modern, and clean, with plenty of seating available. The menu is very similar to the one I’m familiar with, so I ordered some of my favorites:
1. Shrimp Summer Rolls
2. Grilled Pork Chop on Tiny Sticky Rice
3. Jumbo Shrimp & Vegetables
4. Beef Flank Pho
5. Water Spinach Sauteed w. Garlic Sauce

Everything tasted just as delicious as I remembered. The staff were friendly and efficient. What I appreciated most was the larger dining space and the convenience of having it close to home.

Highly recommended for any Pho lovers in the area!

I got my usual, the pho with tendon and meat . The broth was very flavorful and tasty and it was still hot when served . Less than 5 minutes 3 bowls were served to my table to my friends I dined in with. The staff is friendly and didn’t seem to have a bad attitude which was good. The vibe overall in this place this aesthetic with dim lights , the interior is pretty also, with the restaurant quite busy it is still easy to hear others speaking at your table even when music is playing. Before my pho was served, they handed us a plate with lots of mint, beansprout ,4 pieces of lime, and jalapeño. The pho was about $14 but the portion of it seemed reasonable.I didn’t order any thing else on the menu as I was just craving pho and I was deeply satisfied on how it tasted like. Though I’ve tried many pho places as a Vietnamese person, this pho is a 10/10 and I’ll look forward to coming back and ordering different things on the menu.

I was so excited to hear that my favorite pho spot opened a new location in Flushing, so I had to check it out! The taste is just as amazing as their main location on Bell Blvd — no need to worry about any drop in flavor or service. The broth is clean and flavorful, and it comes loaded with plenty of meat. I’m thrilled to have a closer location now!

The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and everything was great overall. The only tiny downside was the bathroom ventilation, which didn’t seem to work very well. Just a minor flaw in an otherwise perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Haven’t had Pho in a long time and was in the area so we decided to head here. Prices are very reasonable and service was quick and efficient. For under $15 you can get a large bowl of pho which left us very satisfied. Popcorn chicken was amazing and my bf said the calamari was good but honestly I thought it was mid. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back if we’re in the area.
