A big time local favorite of mine! The saté pho is always on my order, I can’t get enough! I went yesterday and again today. Consistent and delicious. I also had the spring rolls yesterday and the chicken salad rolls today, both so good. Fantastic location, delicious food and super friendly staff! If you’re around main street and looking to get some food this is an amazing option that is always at the top of my list.

One of the best, highest quality and most delicious Vietnamese restaurants in Vancouver. My comment is from a chef’s perspective, not a regular customer. I recently found this place and I’m here three or four days a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays after play soccer when I lose a lot of water. Dish number 20 is a rich soup of bones and meat and tripe and noodles. It’s the best substitute. I don’t want to say more because they are busy enough that you have to try it to understand. But there is one big flaw that can hurt this business. Not enough staff. Because when it’s busy you have to wait more than five minutes for a glass of water or a container or whatever you need. The staff are really the best and a little smile is the best way to make a customer happy and get more tip.

Just ok. Bun Bo Hue lacked flavor and wasn’t spicy at all until I added my own hot chili oil, hot sauce and hoisin sauce. It just isn’t good enough for me to crave another bowl of pho and come back.

The pho here is not bad, I believe their quality of ingredients were good. My favourite part though was the mango sticky rice, that was amazing. Would come back just for the dessert.

We had a bad experience at this restaurant. My friend and I visited two days ago. At first, everything was nice: pretty view, friendly staff, and the food looked great. We ordered two bowls of bún bò Huế.
Unfortunately, the food had way too much MSG. Shortly after eating, we both felt dizzy, got headaches, and felt unwell.
I’m not trying to criticize the place, just hope they can improve. Also, if you’re sensitive to MSG, be careful when eating here.

Pho Goodness has been consistently good over the years. It’s our favorite place for pho and it’s the one thing we crave after a long trip away from Vancouver. The broth is incredibly flavourful while the noodles are cooked just right.
We’ve tried almost all banh mi, noodle, rice dishes and they are no misses. The sides are also all winners and a standout for us was the chicken wings which has an incredibly crispy batter and the perfect umami salt and pepper seasoning to pair with.
We get take out or dine in at least twice a month. Thank goodness for Pho Goodness.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Vietnamese restaurant, and I was blown away by both the food and atmosphere. We ordered the Beef Pho and Shaken Beef, and both dishes were absolutely amazing! The pho was rich, fragrant, and full of tender beef, while the Shaken Beef was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor.
To top it off, we tried their Mango Sticky Rice for dessert, which was delicious! The service was also excellent – quick, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. The cozy ambiance added to the experience, making it feel warm and welcoming.

We visited Goodness on Main Street and ordered the Vietnamese Beef Stew Noodle Soup and Beef Noodle Soup Topped with Grilled Lemongrass Chicken. Both dishes were enjoyable, and we left satisfied with our meal. The Service was friendly and prompt as well. We will be back.

Nice spot for pho. It gets pretty busy here but service is fast. Water is refilled frequently. I ordered the #20 pho and it had a bit of everything. Also enjoyed the chili oil with the noodles. Cash and debit only.
