The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It’s a buffet style where you can fill a to-go box once, but you can put as much food as you want, as long as you can close the box. They don’t weigh the food. I buy from here regularly; one box of food is enough for two meals.

I don’t like when a business lie, just to get business. They have a big sign that say All you can eat. But the lady behind the counter told me it’s only one time. So I thought you can come back for 2nds but no it only one time purchase with only one time plate. So I ask why do you have the sign up she told me. Thanks and went to the back. If your in the mall Pho Fusion is Bait and switch at its worst.

I ordered the Thai Tea and the Pho. I’d like to first mention the customer service, it was great no complaints. Secondly the Thai Tea & Pho, I’ve never had Thai Tea or Pho so keep it in mind when reading the rest of the review.
The Thai Tea was nice, it had a strong aroma which I don’t really like with drinks but it was bearable. Onto the Pho, I liked it, could have had a bit more flavor but over all it was good. It came with bean sprouts, jalapeño, cilantro, green onion and a slice of lime all on the side.
I’d like to add that the greens were fresh. Some recommendations I’d make are removing left over fat from the Pho, adding more jalapeños, and more flavoring to the broth.
Overall, I enjoyed the meal.

Was on my lunch break and ask for a smaller container and they actually pulled one out and charge me $2 less which was good for me because I just can’t eat a lot I was very impressed with the service and I highly recommend them in the food court.

The lady and the guy were soo very nice however they didn’t know to much English which to me didn’t bother me to much until I was asking for something and she said I don’t understand so I didn’t get that. I ordered Pho and they bring it out and they made it to dine in when I told them to go and they take everything put it in the bag remind you there’s a bowl with no cover or anything that has your bean sprouts,jalapenos in and when I was like oh no no no take that out the bag and can I cover it they had no clue what I was saying finally I pointed to the Saran wrap for them to wrap it up then I get home and I take it out and I’m looking for the broth and they had already poured the broth on the noodles and the chicken when I open the bowl it stunk so bad to the point where it made me nauseous and I just through the whole thing in the garbage never even tried it that was a waste of $16 and I will not be trying that place again
