Absolutely love this place and highly recommended! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and never too salty. We’ve been coming here since their first year, and it’s still our family’s favorite pho in town. So grateful for the easy, free parking too—no downtown stress at all!

The food was okay. It is very fresh, however the taste is not as flavorful as the other pho restaurants I’ve been to. The waitresses were very kind and friendly which I appreciate however it took nearly 45 minutes for our phos to arrive. My dad nearly fell asleep while waiting. It was quite pricey too for pho, usually for large side in metro Vancouver, the bowls would be bigger. Anyways, Jesus loves y’all❤️

My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 yrs now, cozy atmosphere, soft dim lighting, Staff ALWAYS friendly, warm and welcoming (Grace is my favorite).Out of ALL the restaurants in Vernon, when we decide to have a date night this is the restaurant we choose again and again. We have “tried” Lemon G and other restaurants when Pho Fusion has been closed and not nearly as good. Not only does every single dish we’ve tried taste delicious but it looks beautiful too. When I find a dish at a restaurant that I love I try to make it at home. I have tried many times to mimic Pho dishes and no matter how much effort and love I put into it, it never turns out like Pho Fusions. I’ve stopped trying and will continue to treat ourselves to the local gem of a restaurant, Pho Fusion!!

Our go to restaurant Fresh Lemongrass was packed with a lineup waiting last night. I really wanted Pho, so we decided to give Pho Fusion a try. We arrived at 6:10 pm not a soul in the restaurant, sign said open until 7 pm. Staff encourage us to come in. We ordered & received fantastic, flavourful Pho within 10 minutes. Only a few minutes later approx 6:30 pm a young girl wheeled a bucket of bleach & a mop right beside our table & began to mop the floors. I asked the waitress if we had time to eat or should we leave, as the strong bleach was turning me off eating. She said nothing & left the bleach bucket & mop & disappeared.
We decided to leave as we felt the atmosphere & service was not inviting, nor did they seem to value our business.
I would recommend the food as it was amazing. However the service and atmosphere were horrible. Maybe the reason the restaurant was empty? A shame we will not return.

Good noodles! Service was pleasant and efficient. Only thing we had an issue with was that they did not have sprouts, basil, and lime on the side. There were sprouts in the bowl already and basil was missing.
Still all the noodles we tried were quite tasty.
Phnom phen noodle is a must try!

I have enjoyed dining here several times. However, a week ago on Friday night, I arrived with a friend at 5:30 p.m., the server took our orders within 5 minutes of arrival and we then proceeded to wait 45 minutes before our noodle bowls came. Nobody came to check on us, apologize for the delay, offer an explanation. After 30 mins., I went to the counter to ask and was told our food just about to come out. The further 15-minute wait makes me suspect that they’d forgotten about us until that point. I was very disappointed in the slow service and lack of any apology or attempt to make it right for us. The only explanation was that they were very busy with takeout orders. I think it’s a very poor attitude to worry more about takeout than your dine-in customers and I won’t be returning.

Pho Fusion was my 115th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.
It is a much bigger area inside than you would expect. There are about fifteen tables inside.
I ordered vegetarian Pad Thai. The portion was bigger than I expected.
The service was super quick, clean, and friendly.
They give you sauces to put on your Pad Thai too.
It was definitely a Vietnamese style of doing Pad Thai. It was still really good.
I paid $26.45 after tax and a 15 percent tip for vegetarian Pad Thai and a root beer.
The music inside is just from the local radio station which can be mildly annoying to listen to.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and am glad I chose this as my 115th eatery in Vernon. 115 down. 40ish to go!

Pho Fusion. Fast and delicious! Consistent quality and great service! My go to! Chef special pho and house special combo! They still have the rare meats for the pho.

Place was great. I wud give 5 stars but the service was poor. And I understand. They were busy. But when I go without water for 20 minutes. Thats a bit much. Off day. Whatever. Food was delicious. We liked it very much. We will be returning. Great job to everyone
