Was craving for pho after a long day at Wonderland, and a friend recommended Pho Friendly 18. My party called ahead to see if we could secure a table for 12, and the staff there was super accommodating – was able to secure a corner booth spacious enough to seat 6 adults and 6 kids.
I ordered the House Special noodle, and I must say, it’s one of the best house specials I had in a while – tender beef in savory and aromatic broth. The chicken wings were superb and the spring rolls were okay. The Vietnamese condensed milk coffee did not disappoint! Very concentrated and delish. The best part is, the price is great for the quality they offer! I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in the area.

Don’t be intimidated by the blackout glass panes. What lurks behind is a delicious meal and superb service! We went because I was craving Bun Rieu and read great reviews of it here — and they were right! It’s a top 3 Bun Rieu dish in the city. Rivaled only by home cooking! The portion is ridiculously generous, but what’s important is it’s so flavourful. Made with love.
My girlfriend got the Pho Dac Biet and said the broth was pretty good. Not incredible but great for what it is. The spring rolls were super meaty and crisp. Those could have used a bit more seasoning and ratio’d with more of the other fillings, but with the sauce it tasted decent.
Overall a pleasant surprise tucked away in an industrial-ish plaza!

Our family came to Pho Friendly 18 for dinner, the location was close to Vaughan Mills so that was nice. We ordered 3 Phos, 1 Rice dish, and 2 shrimp rolls (fresh and fried). The server was friendly and accommodating for our group with toddlers. The food was delicious, I would come back again when I am in the area.

The portion reminded me of 90’s to early 2000.
This was the portion we used to get back then.
A lot of meat!! Loved it.
The soup based was average, noodle texture was ok.
Spring roll:
Texture was crispy. Portion was good.
The only thing that I disliked was the pork inside.
It’s like meat balls inside. I didn’t like that.
Overall, good experience and will come back.

The fried spring rolls were a standout—packed with juicy meat, they’re an absolute must-try. Just a heads up, two rolls might fill you up, but trust me, it’s worth indulging in four! Loved the attention to detail with condiments and utensils readily available, including Clorox wipes—a thoughtful touch. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in with a smile. While some dishes leaned towards the milder side, the freshness of the ingredients shone through. The meat and noodle soup base were particularly tasty, though a touch more seasoning would elevate the flavors even more. Looking forward to returning for another delightful dining experience!

We started with the chả giò (fried spring roll). For less than $10, this is incredibly value! The filling was seasoned nicely, and the outside had a nice crunch. They’re also bigger than your typical spring roll at other restaurants.
The broth of the pho was good. Not overly salty or sweet. It was just right. It’s not the clearest or most flavorful broth I’ve had in the area, but it gets the job done. The brisket was tender, but I do wish the flank and rare beef had a similar level of tenderness, as I found those a bit tougher than usual.
Overall, it’s not extraordinary, but it’s more than okay! It’s worth coming back to if you’re in the area or shopping at Vaughan Mills.

Food was great, we had wings with fish sauce and pho. All dishes did not disappoint. We were there early so seating was not an issue and service was great. The bathroom was very clean. Would go back again
