Well Priced for the type of food and its location (but sometimes they close early like I just tried going on a Thursday at 6; I wish they stayed open til 8:30-9 [update: they dont post their winter schedule they close at 6pm). The staff is rather easy going. Everythings in plastic unless you ask for non-plastic. And its not that hard to ask and in the end it really is GREAT SOUP!
The decor and dining setup is not something the owner focuses on, there are tables to eat at inside that are clean, but its obvious the main focus is the SOUP! and the other food but you need to have this SOUP!

Not good. I ordered the chicken fried rice and it was cheap quality rice, Veg ALL and mushy broccoli. No sprouts no scallions. $18! of inedible.
