I ordered here last week. I got sick. I also had takeout for lunch. So I didn’t place any blame on this establishment. I ordered tonight 8/29/2025. 3 orders. 1 steak. 1 chicken. 1 brisket. All vegetables come in a plastic clear bag. The vegetables had a big in them. It was alive. Large. Not easily missed. All food thrown out. I understand bugs and vegetables are a thing. I clean my fruit and vegetables at home with a light rinse and then soak in baking soda and filtered water for a few mins and then rinse. No bugs remain. I don’t expect restaurants to do this. But I do expect a rinse at least.
How is the meat treated? Noodles? How does the kitchen look? Idk but if you get bugs in your vegetables they aren’t washed at all. Gross.
I have been ordering from here since 2023. The broth has the best flavor (subjective) from Leesburg to Ashburn. Noodles are traditional American style in pho noodles. Pho is good but won’t be coming back ever again.
The main person at the counter is nice.

I visited Pho Factory based on a recommendation and ordered their small Pho Thai Nam, which included steak/beef flank steak in the pho as the protein option. To be honest, I didn’t enjoy it all that much, and only had a bit of the pho noodles and pho broth with some of the sauces they had on the table and some of the Thai basil leaves and bean sprouts which was brought to mix in the pho. Maybe the option I selected wasn’t the best choice, as I didn’t enjoy the taste of the beef itself and the broth wasn’t very flavourful either. Service was okay and the atmosphere of the restaurant wasn’t anything special, but it was clean and the restaurant is located in a fairly good shopping plaza. Thank you

Great little pho spot! the main focus here is the pho of course, but they do provide a good variety of appetizers as well as some rice dishes, but thats about it!

The pho soup is the star dish of the place. You can opt for the traditional one or in other versions, adding tripe, for example. The service is fast, the place clean and the staff friendly.

Other items on the menu are decent but when you order Pho and ask for Flank steak (not tripe, not fatty brisket) this fatty, blubbery mess I got is a shame. It made my meal inedible. All of their drinks were sold out too (coffee, coconut drink) not a good sign. Most likely won’t be going back. Budget cuts are probably occurring and quality has gone down.

My husband and I absolutely love this place!! It reminds us of our favorite pho spot in Annandale that had closed. The broth is sweet and savory! Everything is always fresh and hot! Every time we go there the lady remembers us and always remembers our order!! She is soooo sweet ❤️

I always eat here and the pho is really good. Today I ordered chicken and rice dish and it tastes so old and smelled really bad. You guys are great but that dish was trash had to give it to the dogs. I wasn’t going to post it but you charged me a dollar extra to take my food home smh.
