So happy to welcome Vietnamese food to the neighborhood! I’m a long term resident of 35 years and it’s always been a dream of mine to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Union City. The food is delicious. They live up to their name- super fast! The Thai drink is perfect not too sweet like in other places.

My personal favorite is the seafood pho, I am surprised because it is authentic and delicious! We didn’t expect it, for those who like spicy can add sriracha chili sauce in their bowl and mix with the soup. My friend favorite is the fresh eye of round ( raw) pho, and we shared a summer roll, everything tastes good and we will come back next time

Finally a new pho spot in the area ! I got to say i enjoyed the food as well as the service i was given. As someone who eats pho at various places , if you’re craving comfort in a bowl, this pho hits all the right places . The pho was a great portion and sauces were provided for the broth . I also had some spring egg rolls with peanut sauce and they were also great . The boba itself was delicious and if you’re a fan of boba i definitely recommend trying all their flavors .
The service with the staff was amazing, everyone was so welcoming and food was prepared quickly, lots of seating available . This new spot is definitely going to be a fan favorite !

I tried going to this restaurant four times before I finally succeeded today (they weren’t open yet but the employees kept telling me to come back later in the day).
I’d say it was worth the wait, though. We had the Hibachi Steak, Tonkotsu Ramen, Beef Brisket Pho, and fruit teas. The Hibachi Steak had great sauce and the vegetables were grilled well; the steak was pretty good, though there were quite a few tendons. Can’t really speak to the pho and ramen flavor because I didn’t eat it but my friends said they were good. The tea was great! I took the Less Sugar option and the tea ended up pairing well with the sweeter lychee jelly.
Staff was very friendly and attentive. They asked us for feedback after our meals. Staff are from Fujian and are more comfortable speaking in Mandarin but their English is good.
Today was the second day they’ve been open so they don’t have all their ingredients on hand. Had to change our order from Brown Rice to White Rice, Coconut Jelly to Lychee Jelly, and Strawberry Fruit Tea to Peach Fruit Tea. Overall very minor adjustments and the food ended up really tasty anyway. Atmosphere was good. The church pew seating was weird but not unpleasant. They were playing death metal and rock over the speakers.
Only complaint is the use of some AI images on the menu; I hope they replace them with images of their actual food as time goes on.

Came here on their opening day! I ordered the beef combo pho. Very generous portion size and appropriately priced. Flavorful broth. The boba was also delicious, not too sweet, and the tapioca pearls had good chew. Friendly staff! Excited to try out more food on their menu next time!

I had a wonderful experience today at Pho Express X Teriyaki Bowl – Banh Mi & Bubble Tea, a cute little restaurant that has quickly captured my heart. After craving authentic pho for a while, I was delighted to finally find it here. The pho soup was rich and flavorful, filled with fresh herbs and perfectly cooked noodles. The inviting atmosphere and friendly staff created a welcoming vibe. It’s a gem in the neighborhood that I highly recommend to anyone craving delicious Vietnamese cuisine! Will go again and again!!
