I’ve been here twice and love every bit of it! The food is really good. I believe many of the negative reviewers simply lack patience and understanding because this place is a really nice place to eat and relax. It’s not McDonalds! This food will take some time to be prepared.
Also, the owner is very sweet. She is the lady serving most of the food and checking on customers. My son spilled his juice before we left…and guess what?? The owner not only replaced it but gave my other son another drink as well. If that’s not great customer service, then I don’t what is. If I ever move to PC, it will be so I can eat here everyday

LOVED everything. We got P5 and V1. The Pho was the best we’ve ever had, wife said she’s absolutely obsessed with it. Definitely give this place a try. The atmosphere was charming and cozy. So nice to visit with character. We will definitely be back.

I wish I had taken pictures. The food here is incredibly delicious and better than all the local competition. We’ve been looking for good Vietnamese food for a while now and every other place has left much to be desired. This place was impressive and I could not be more impressed. This is THE spot for Vietnamese food. Don’t even look anywhere else. When we came it was packed, and that was right before closing. Droves of people were dining in and lots of traffic for those who were picking up their take-out. Totally worth a our 40 minute commute to get here. I cannot recommend it enough!

We have been wanting to try this type of cuisine for quite some time but had no options close to our home. We found Pho Express Noodles & Bar. We had a variety of dishes including spring rolls, beef, pork and beef noodle soup. Everything was fresh tasting and met our expectations. The young woman who served us was the only one working but was handling several other tables accurately and quickly. She was pleasant and answered all of our questions. There was plenty of parking. Restaurant and restroom was clean.

I spontaneously chose to dine at Pho Express, and I am glad I ate here. The flavor in the Vietnamese Beef Stew was perfect (I had a spice level of 2) and the addition of lime, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and cilantro complemented the soup. I had the Pho noodles.
My boyfriend ordered the Spicy Lemongrass Beef Pork Noodle Soup. That had a lot of la or to it as well.
For drinks, I ordered the Thai Tea. I will say the sweetness was strong. The next time, I will probably order a level 0-1 for sweetness.
The atmosphere was cozy and cute. The bar setting looked well equipped.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

While looking at other reviews we made the decision to visit this location. Let me preface this review this way. When I review a restaurant I will give somewhere 5 stars if they meet certain criteria. It must have good food, good service, and a nice location. In the case of this restaurant, we found that the Pho was very good and had great developed flavor in the broth. The appetizer of fried pot stickers was pretty good as well. Athough our server was great, the location is suffering from being understaffed. Thus I deducted a star. We had a longer than expected wait and had to seat ourselves. It is unfair to judge somewhere under those conditions but unfortunately 5 stars does not apply until that issue is remedied.

I went to this place for some dumplings and boba milk tea. The service is very good, although we ordered over the phone and still had to wait when we arrived for the food. However, I did receive a free upgrade to my boba milk tea size, and was offered a seat as I waited. The food looked and smelled incredible, and the atmosphere of the restaurant seating area was very well put together. I could just tell the food was incredible from the sheer amount of people inside on a weekday. 5/5 ⭐, would go again.

I’ve been to different Pho restaurants and Pho Express Noodles & Bar is by far the best. The atmosphere is great, food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Tina is terrific and makes you feel welcome and at home. The atmosphere is very pleasant by this family-owned restaurant. I highly recommend and will definitely be back for more to try their wide variety menu.

Wasn’t feeling well and craving some comfort soup, the chicken pho rice noodle was perfect, delicate tasty broth with white lean chicken did the trick! Will have to come back to try the coconut curry version once I feel better!
