thoroughly enjoyed this place. This is the third pho restaurant I have been to in the springs and my favorite by far. Service was quick and great. Refills on water. They had ladles and chopsticks which I appreciated (didn’t have it at others surprisingly). All of the food I had was really good. Big gyoza guy and they passed the taste test. The rice noodles were bigger than normal and the broth wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but still good nonetheless. Safe to say, I am a fan and will definitely be back.

This use to be my #1 pho place, the #1 place I would recommend to everyone! They’ve fallen so far down hill. The lady who is always working the tables is so so rude & they are so stingy with the meat. We paid $15 ($5.00 for each kind.. which in itself is insane) for EXTRA meat for them to give us 5 slim pieces of steak. Our boba was rock hard and I tried to mention it to our waitress she said “well that’s what you ordered… that’s how it comes from the company” but it in fact was not what we ordered and if it was… you are okay serving inedible boba drinks that we paid full price for?
They used to be amazing… I’m not sure what happened. I love their broth! It’s just not worth the rude atmosphere & OVER PRICED drinks you can get ANY WHERE ELSE… terrible customer service… make you feel rushed and forced to leave… very disappointing to see where this business has gone.. time to fine a new pho place in springs!

This place by far is the best to get pho! At $14 a large bowl for chicken pho is an amazing price. It’s fresh and hot and worth it! Lots of noodles and meat l! The 90s to 2000s music makes it more fun to be in there (for me lol).

Their Beef Stew is one of the best bowls of soup I’ve had in my life and I haven’t stopped thinking about it ever since! The portion was huge, the price is very fair, the staff was friendly. Definitely going to be a staple this winter.

Ok place. Ordered large pho and got 5 thin slices of beef and 3/4 noodle. Not even worth a bite. I called it stingy pho. People lying about good portion. Come to Denver and see what good portion should be. First and last time at this place. Good service and atmosphere but I was here for the pho and it was stingy.

We had a go-to spot that we absolutely loved…until we heard (from a friend of a former employee) that there were some gross health code violations happening behind the scenes. I’ll spare you the appetite-ruining details because this review is about a place you actually should eat at!
I’d driven by it a bunch of times and finally checked out the reviews — they looked good, so we gave it a shot. And I’m so glad we did.
The restaurant is super clean, we were greeted immediately, and they had refreshing cold water with lime en route to the table as we sat down. Love that.
Ordering is easy with a big, easy-to-read menu (for folks who accidentally left their readers at home -ahem me) by the counter or a full menu at your table. Pro tip: the table menu has more options.
I ordered the Combo Noodle Bowl (B9 maybe?) — grilled pork, chicken, beef, and egg rolls — and it was incredible. The presentation was picture-worthy, the beef was tender and slightly sweet, the egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, and everything together just worked perfectly. (I’m not a drown-it-in-fish-sauce guy, so I mixed everything and dipped as needed — perfect.)
The vibe, the service, the food, the value — it all hit the mark.
The bill for two people was under $40 and we had enough leftovers for another meal at home.
Bottom line: If you love Pho, you have to try Pho #1. It’s definitely my new #1 — and the name fits.

Bánh mì here is OK, not bad, but not outstanding, better than when it was with the first owner. Bánh xèo is nice and crisp, just a bit oily. The meat and flour are bland. Would be nice if has a bit of flavor. I think I see 2 shrimp total, mostly bean sprouts. But to make up for that the dipping fish sauce was really good. I could drink that thing. The lettuce to bánh xèo was a bit strange, with a few pieces of lettuce head (like the ck lettuce wrap at PFChang) and basil, not the typical way I would prepare.
Bánh khọt is also very good. Crunchy and tatsty. Just a bit on oily side. They don’t look like perfect circles as homemade ones bc it’s restaurant. They pour the batter in really quickly everywhere on the mould. No mung beans and coco milk but also had fake crab and shrimp, probabaly bc it’s Northern VN style???
Hủ tiếu wonton with cha siu is very tasty. Would try again.
Fried chicken wings are a bit hard bc of the amount of coating flour and wings are not marinated [enough?] before frying. Fish sauce is awesome though. It has tons of chilies flakes but not spicy at all to me.
Fried quails are interesting but not much meat. I wouldn’t try it again.
Beef stew (bò kho) with bread was tasty but carrot was overcooked.
Spicy ramen was good but nothing very memorable.
Crispy pan fried noodles with seafod was soooooo good and portion is quite large. Always had to take leftover home.
Bún đậu mắm tôm was soooooo good. I applaude them for being brave enough to serve fermented shrimp paste in a city w small Asian community. Will be very sad if they ever remove this dish from menu. Saves me a lot of time by going here as opposed to making at home. Theirs tastes many times better than homemade by me even.
Fried lemongrass tofu w noodle was one of my favorites here. Generous noodle and veggies compared to tofu. Always had leftover to take home. You can requst for less spicy too.

The worst experience with Vietnamese pho. My wife and I wondered how they could run their “business” with such a product as pho soup. When you boil water at home and resist it, that’s exactly what their soup tastes like. And the meat in the pot, we have never eaten that in our lives. Simply inedible. Try to bite the sole of your shoe, if you can do it with your teeth, then come to this “restaurant” and you will not succeed. The next chapter is the service. The woman who brought us the menu acted as if they cooked the best pho in the world here. Arrogant, noisy, person. Sorry, I never write negative reviews, but in this case I have to do it so that the owners think about what they are doing. The meat in the broth they serve was probably only submerged for a minute. Logically, when you make a base for pho soup, you make it “slow and low”. The beef “oso bucco” definitely wasn’t in this broth for more than a minute. In a word, “everything wrong” … sorry

We had two dishes: stir-fried chicken noodles (soft type), bánh khọt, and avocado smoothie (very delicious). I found these dishes to be really tasty and the flavor is quite similar to what you’d get in Vietnam. The place has a nice atmosphere, and the staff are friendly. You should give it a try!
