Initially, the AI photos online made me uncertain about trying the food but after a friend recommended me to try Pho Express I feel silly for not going sooner! The spicy broth is so good and cleared my sinuses in the cold winter. I also recommended my friend to come who had never tried pho before and this place made her love pho just as much as I do. Great in person or to-go 5/5 stars!

Terrible experience. Ordered the BOGO on uber eats.. 90% was filled with lettuce . Just 1 strand of carrot and little chicken which didnt even smell fresh… very disappointing. Also the bahn mi bread is so small. With uber eats fees and tips each bahn mi comes to $10 each for like such a small portion almost empty. Won’t order ever again…

I have been to this place every other day the past month, and countless times before that. The food is mouth watering, this is coming from someone who has been to more countries than holes on his body.
The staff are also very friendly and willing to accommodate reasonable requests! I love Pho Express!

Superb Pho and summer rolls – super fresh and simply delicious!!
We had 5 shrimp summer rolls, we had 3 first and ordered another 2 cause they were SO good! And the beef combo pho – I like it that their meatballs are beef meatballs and not mixed with pork. A must try, we’ll certainly come back

Pretty good Vietnamese food! Decent seating options. It’s very busy and popular. The Vietnamese rice rolls were very good and you can order veggie spring rolls too. I liked the pho it was really nice but was really spicy ️. Hence may be mention the spice level.
Note: one thing I noticed was that tables were not cleared and the kitchen was really busy .. may be this will be addressed in future

First visit. I was really impressed with the Pho here. The broth was piping hot. The flavor was perfectly balanced. Plenty of beef and rice noodles. You order at a kiosk and edit things you don’t want. I don’t like bean sprouts. Generous with the lime and basil. Hard-working staff. I will return to try a traditional Bành Mí.

It’s a clean new Vietnamese place. I give it a four star rating for its food because of its location. It is the closest thing to Vietnamese food in Hoboken by far, not quite there yet. They got the smell right, the pho has a nice fragrance. The soup is a little bland, but healthy. The people here are very nice. The menu covers everything we need, from pho, spring rolls to Banh Mi. We are very happy we have this new addition in the area.

Really good pho place. Every time I stop by area I head here for lunch. The pho is very authentic and that is saying a lot considering I have eaten at pretty good pho spots in San Diego, Boston, and Philadelphia. You cannot go wrong with this place. The pictures speak for themselves. My only issue is place is small so get early so you can get a table but otherwise worth the wait. I got the beef combo pho and thr lemongrass pork chop rice plate with two vegetable egg rolls.
