The waitress was patient and fast. We ordered the trio sampler and it was delightful. Red curry was the bomb! We will be back to eat here again. If I suggest anything, it’s purchase the spotify so there’s no commercials. Sending lots of good vibes to this local yum spot! As we walked out, a gentleman was cleaning the windows and also greeted us. Very warm and inviting and everything we got was 5 out of 5 made with love.

Pho Evergreen is ran by a very nice couple! The food was great and restaurant was decorated nicely. I’m happy we got to stop by this restaurant while 70 traffic was a parking lot outside of evergreen.

They literally have a banner attached to the front of the restaurant that says buy one get one “daily” 10-3. But when I ordered 2 glasses of wine around noon on a Friday and got my check, they said only Saturdays and Sundays. If they can’t honor their own sign, what else are they not doing that they say they are…?? I paid for the wine, but I will never come back.
And on another note, their “lo mein” noodles are not lo mein noodles.

Amazing Vietnamese food! Just moved to a new location which is even bigger and the decor is coming along quite nicely 🙂 a great stop over especially for those coming from the mountains who are stuck on I 70 traffic! If you live locally in Evergreen and you haven’t tried this placed yet, it is a must!

This place keeps getting better! Now they have an app that offers rewards! For a local spot in the mountains I think that’s amazing!! The pho is perfect for a cozy night in. But you also can’t go wrong with many of their other amazing dishes like : Mongolian beef, lo mien, spring rolls, canyon point cashew chicken, pad Thai, com heo nurong, and so much more!!!
