Not your typical Vietnamese menu. The banh mi for sure is not banh mi but a fusion with more American sandwiches. Protein portions are good for the size. Not a bad place but it took a while for food to get served during the dinner hour we arrived

I like Pork Fried Rice. It was the greatest place to get it. The service was 10/10. The price was ehh. The atmosphere was great, I would appreciate if the exposed wires was hidden a bit. Overall impression… 5/5 stars! The staff are so understanding and underrated!

Good pho. Broth had a nice little spice to it. Raw beef was clean and no fat. Jalapeño and sprouts were provided. Fried roll was good as well. Asked for chopsticks. Service was very friendly and efficient. Water cup provided. Bathroom extremely clean. Clean tables and dining area. Great choice for Longview.

Not wonderful, not awful. A solid 3 overall. Shopping center parking. Clean restaurant. The cashier was polite. The prices were average and the food was ok. The raw beef pho was bland, but the hot and sour pork pho had good flavor. $27 for a large and a small pho and two cups of water.

The food is excellent, the register gal not so much. Let’s start off with the food:
I love their Pho Ga (chicken pho). The broth is flavorful and delicious! Such a yummy meal on a cold, wet PNW day! My husband got some beef and rice dish, I can’t remember the name of it. (The menu here is huge!) The beef had an amazing grilled taste to it. Thin sliced beef with a delicious sauce on it. It wasn’t quite teriyaki, but it reminded me of teriyaki. It also came with a cabbage salad on the side with the most amazing dressing. The food here is good!
If I have a complaint, it would be the young gal at the register. She was very unfriendly. I get it….working in the food service industry is not fun. The public can be jerky sometimes…but save your rude attitude for those customers, if you must. If I didn’t like the food so much, I may be tempted to not go again, but I will go for the food and expect to be served by the sour, dour face of a Gen Z’er who couldn’t be bothered to crack a smile when greeted by a friendly customer. Maybe she was just having a bad day and lacks the skills to leave her troubles out of her job….but yeah. The service was less than pleasant.
5 stars for the tasty food, but -1 star for the front of house staff.

I ordered the tofu with rice noodles and the vegetables were fresh and crisp! The noodles were not spicy; savory flavor. The tofu was crispy on the outside which was delicious! Big plate portion! Good thing they had to go boxes! Friendly staff too. The food is noticably made fresh, especially the noodle salad which my sibling enjoyed. Would go again whenever in longveiw!! Thai tea is refreshing and not too sweet and creamy which we liked! 🙂

Looking for a really good PHO experience in Longview has been hard. But I finally found a place! I ordered take out, which instantly means, usually, not very much if anything in your bowl, BUT this is where they stood out!! I got a large bowl of tendon, and raw flank and skirt steak. The broth was delicious rich, very satisfying. I asked for nothing extra but bean sprouts, very large portion. I will be back again and AGAIN, price was totally affordable!! 12.50$ for a large bowl. You HAVE been found, delicious PHO, now YOU BETTER be good for all who follow!!

Visiting from out of town and craving soup. Been to several pho places around the Issaquah-Redmond area, but none had such rich, yet light chicken broth. I wish I lived in Kelso area because this has become the place I’ll be comparing any other pho places to.

Delightful food and service – I had the Pho which was super yummy. I got the number eight and it surpassed my expectations. I’ve eaten at many Pho restaurants and this was fresh and authentic. We also got the Sweet-and-sour chicken which was perfect.
