My son raved about this place so he finally took us there and we are their most popular pho- oxtail as well as their combo and brisket. I like their noodle . It was cook perfectly.. although it seems like most pho noodles are the same but somehow it feels- a little bid thicker and is cook perfectly.. not soggy.. as for the soup.. it taste no different than the others. It claims that is cooked over 16 hours but still it has msg as I feel thirsty afterward.. as for the meat. Average amount..

We had high hopes for this place to start the new year right. We were seated quickly. A few minutes later a couple was seated next to us. We were ready to order, however, the lady who seated us went ahead and took the couple’s order first. No one came to take our order so we had to flag someone down to help us. We ordered and our food came out one dish at a time. Our last dish never showed up. After several minutes we asked about our last dish, a brisket Banh Mi sandwich. My wife could see the guy telling someone else that he forgot to input that specific order. However, when he came by to let us know what was going on with our last dish he just said they’ve been busy and it would be another 5 minutes. He seriously should have just owned up to the mistake. After 5 minutes I asked someone else what was going on. Then the sandwich finally showed up after a few more minutes. They never offered to make things right. They easily could have just offered to give us some free drinks or given us the late dish for free. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Aside from the pho, the food was pretty good — the Pho was just ok. Nothing special. Due to the bad customer service we won’t be back and cannot recommend this place.

What happened to this place?!
Came back for the good pho since I was feeling under the weather, left disappointed.
You can tell something has changed here because there was no patrons at all and it was 11am on a weekend. Last time coming at 11, the place was already packed.

To start, they got rid of one of the things that made them stand out the most which was the all day everyday lunch special. Now only available Monday – Friday, for those of us that work we don’t get this. It was great for those of us that had weekends off.

The food also went down in quality. The pho broth is still decent, but it seems that they skimped on what they give you. They give you a lot of noodles, but I only got like 2 tendons and half a meatball with a stack of overcooked dry beef. The rare beef wasn’t even present.

The mom and dad plate was overly sweet. Tasted like your typical teriyaki chicken and pork plate, better elsewhere.

The only thing that was good at this place anymore was the coffee flight. Even the green Thai tea that I loved from here disappointed. It was overly bitter, and lacked the balance it originally had.

The service itself was non existent almost. I gave them a 15% tip which looking back was way too generous. The server we had didn’t seem that friendly at all, never checked on us, and seemed like he didn’t like his job at all.

Sadly this is going to be the last time we’re coming back.

Food was amazing and the place is clean little hole in the wall right off the freeway entrance. Parking is good. Waitress could have been more polite in the beginning. But other than that this place is worth the try. Soup, appetizers and drinks were amazing

Was trying to get dumplings but the place closed early, came across this place kinda chilly pho sounded good, this place didn’t open until decided to wait, my daughter got brisket fried rice, I got the combination pho, we also tried the chicken egg rolls and shrimp spring rolls. Everything was delicious only thing is the combination pho didn’t have much beef but next time I try it, it’ll be too eat their.

before my Dr appointment still have one hour, so picked the closer restaurant there.

When you walked inside will feel so unique western style but is a Vietnamese restaurant. Looks good especially a small flower decoration on the table, fresh and pretty. Drink is yummy but fried rice maybe a bit salty…I will still recommend coz I am enjoyed my lunch there.

Interesting experience. The menu is simple and straightforward. We ordered pho, sticky rice plate, spring rolls, and flan for dessert. Everything tasted good quality. The sticky rice place is a modernized version of the traditional sticky rice dish among street vendors in Vietnam. The flan was interest but the cake portion on top was a bit dry.

New pho spot has opened in the circle K parking lot in my neighborhood. This use to be a ramen spot that has been there for 20 years. I’m glad to see a new local eatery taking over!

We popped in for a late dinner Friday night. The restaurant is super cute! The chicken egg rolls were excellent. Freshly fried, crunchy, and served with lettuce, pickled carrots and some mint. The pho ingredients are very clean and finely sliced. My partner got the ox tail pho and absolutely loved it. The broth was flavorful and the meat was fall off the bone tender. I got the specialty dish, Banh Canh Chay, but it was not as good. The soup was a light vegetable broth and the noodles were very chewy. Maybe it’s good for some, but a bit bland for me.

Overall, we love this new addition to the neighborhood and will definitely return to try other items on the menu.

Foods and service were great. We love the server with glasses. She is very attentive and always check on us if we need anything else. They have lunch special every day until 3pm. You can add drinks for $3 with their lunch special. Recommended for mint lemonade and hibiscus lemonade. Also, they have members’ rewards. Just make sure you put your phone # every time before you pay on the front. You can earn some points for future visits if you come regularly.

Interesting spot for a pho restaurant. It’s right off the 10 freeway and it is surprisingly larger than it seems from the outside. There’s several parking spots right in front of the restaurant. The lot is shared with the liquor store next door.

There’s indoor and outdoor seating. We sat inside and I ordered the oxtail pho while my friend ordered the combo pho and both of them were pretty good. The soup was a little oily though but that’s my only complaint . Service was great and the staff was attentive.
