Pho Edinburgh is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. We look forward to welcoming you!

We had a brilliant lunch the other day at Pho Edinburgh. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere with the Vietnamese decor, whilst the food is some of the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine we’ve had in the UK. Our server Inan was also so nice and accommodating. Even though the restaurant was quite busy he made sure ourselves and the tables around us were attended to. All in all a great place to eat if you’re in Edinburgh, we will definitely be back!

What an absolutely delightful dinner. My sister and I love Pho so we tried this place. The water spinach starter was the star of the meal. Best spice level and I wanted a second plate for sure. The service was very warming. Lovely place Highly recommend.

The food was good, no real issues other than something coming out incorrectly, but was quickly resolved.
We ordered the veggie soft rolls, prawn soft rolls, lemongrass meatball, steak pho, chicken and prawn stir fry noodles.
The issue for us was service. We seemed to be the only table not greeted or taken care of. When we sat down, it took about 20 minutes to be acknowledged while our server (rainbow hair, didnt catch her name) greeted others, took orders.
We got our food and she disappeared again.
We waited for our bill 20 more mins before asking for someone else to help us.
I am not sure what the disconnect was, but it ruined the dining experience, for sure.

Really good service. Lady had a warm welcome and very conscientious. Male server was good and alert. Loved the service and the food was brought out promptly and was delicious. Only thing was i was a little disappointed in the amount of rice noodles you got with my Beef brisket pho. Rice noodles is cheap so put a nit more to bump up the portion. Overall enjoyed it and will be back.

Had a great first visit at Pho, St James Quarter today. I ordered the spicy chicken pho and crispy pork spring rolls—both were absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Inan for the great recommendation and friendly service. Sam was very welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back. Plus, they offer a student discount, which is a big bonus !

Busy day after Christmas, and had a queue but we were served well and taken care of well.

The food was really good! Both pho beef combo and beef brisket were perfect. We loved both of them. We also had the crispy rolls, which were also really good. The atmosphere and the service were very nice too! Totally recommend for a warm cooked meal!

Everything was so fresh and delicious. Service was great. It does get busy at the weekend and we had to wait for a table (reservation recommended), but it’s worth it. The portion of the pho could be bigger though! 🙂

First time trying Vietnamese food with my family and it was great. The starters we ordered were served quickly, however our main dishes did take quite a while but this doesn’t affect how good the food was! The prices are reasonable and they were quite large portions. Lastly the service was amazing!! The staff were extremely friendly and our server named Josh was so cheerful!!! He gave us good recommendations and was honestly the best server we’ve ever had. Really kind 🙂 Would definitely dine here again.
