Check your takeout order before you leave!!!
I drove home after spending $109 here only to discover they forgot an entire meal. I called them to ask if they could send it, but they said they can’t do that. So I drive the 15 minutes back to pick up the missing meal. No apology, no cares given. I ask are they going to comp the meal as now I am going home to my cold meal, through no fault of my own. They say, we can comp the meal but you can’t take it. Worst customer service ever. The food isn’t even that good to be honest. It’s clear they need to change the fryer oil, spring rolls were terrible. Crab rangoons have the smallest little pouch of filling. The thai basil was brown. The Pho broth is quite greasy. Sad that Made Pho You is closed for the holidays as they are way better quality and service. Don’t waste your money here.

This is my go to for pho in Hamilton, I love the broth. I would recommend any Pho here, there is other food and dishes on the menu but in my opinion the pho is the best, next to the sprint rolls! Usually seated immediately once stepping into the restaurant, food comes quickly. Severs check on you, top of water throughout. Tea is always served with your meal.
The atmosphere is mid, it’s not great and it’s not terrible. It’s generic tables with chairs in open space to eat.

Unfortunately this basic dish is not a pass.
Portion size is smaller than other restaurants. Vermicelli noodles are too fat and wet. Grilled pork has no colour or texture. But the spring roll was not bad.
Hostess who took our order was nice.
Not a place that we will go back to.

Have been going to Pho Dui Bo for years. It is consistent with each dish we order, service is always fast and efficient. The staff are quick and know what they are doing. Love this place!

First time at this restaurant, arrived an hour before close with a group of 3. Not feeling rushed at all, even with the known time crunch.
The servers were very helpful in assisting my wife pick a simple meal to suit her taste. The pork and rice was very tasty. A little fattier than preferred, but I’m sure it helps with the flavour.
I got item 510, a noodle, shrimp, chicken and veg plate. Delicious! The noodles were a great texture. The bok choy was very crisp! And the whole dish was very filling.
My brother-in-law got a pho dish and got fresh sprouts on the side. He thoroughly enjoyed it, almost emptying the whole bowl, which was gigantic.
This restaurant definitely earned all the rewards for best Vietnamese restaurant that they proudly display.
Great staff and patient. They made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions about the menu. The restaurant was very clean and open. With enought space for large groups, and enough chair room to hang your coat and sit comfortably. Also enough room if you have a mobility aid (which we didn’t have tonight, but good to know if we had taken the rollator with us).

One of the best experiences at a new to me Pho spot. The rare beef pho was amazing. And the waitress was so nice. I go to ALOT of “pho places” and never EVER get recommended anything. She recommended me trying the pickled spicy peppers with my pho. Needless to say I WILL BE BACK.

The food is great. I love the tofu curry and it never disappoints. It was especially crispy the last time -so good! I just wish it was brought out at the same time as my friends meal… So theirs didnt get cold waiting for mine 😉

Sept 2023- Dined in for brunch. Nice warm tea served prior to meal. Ordered rice meal with grilled pork/ chicken, eggs, pickled veggies. Everything on the platter was delicious. Expect to wait awhile since food is cooked upon order so you are guaranteed fresh ingredients. Highly recommended
