This restaurant seems a little too large for its own good. There were only 2 people working that day so there was a really long wait for the food. The guy who took the order cooked the food, which was interesting to see how he managed to cook up all the dishes without skipping a beat and serving the other customers as well. Food quality is very good and ingredients were fresh. The pho wasn’t up to standard as the soup base was not quite there. But the other fried food was tasty and delicious. The curries were really spicy and we were used to spicy but this was not on a normal European level of spicy which was surprising. If you are there for a simple meal without much expectations you will have not much complaints.

The atmosphere is somehow not matching the Vietnamese vibe I feel in other viet-food places. The dining area smells of cleaning solution, the entrance to the toilets is just from the dining area downstairs. Maybe the smell comes from there, not sure, but it spoils the impression for me a lot.
Speaking of smells – the soup smells very plain, the broth tastes very salty and somehow concentrated-strong, but not rich as bone or fish broths in other places, the meat in the soup was very few and also very plain. This just cannot be compared with any soup I had in other viet restaurants. I had a decent light meal for the end of the day, but my expectations were not met.
The appetiser spring rolls were okay. The sauce was good, the filling was cooked through, the dough was crispy.
The tea is of decent quality and aromatics.

I discovered this place 3 days ago and I have already been twice there. The service is quick and everyone is super nice and friendly. I had a chicken in peanut sauce and the next day the pho Stuttgart Delicious! They also have a lunch menu from 11-15. Around 12 gets really crowded… The food is really tasty. Sorry, but I didn’t have time for the photos, maybe next time

Authentic Vietnamese food made with fresh ingredients! A great selection of tasty food with a friendly owner and staff. Is centrally-located and clean. Would really only recommend a reservation for the weekend. Limited street parking available, but plenty of public transport options nearby. Nice place, my favorite Vietnamese joint in town; love the grilled pork, spring rolls, and the Vietnamese coffee!

The place is a hidden gem near U Lohmühlenstraße. The restaurant was almost empty, but the food was amazing and everything prepared on the spot and quickly. We had Sommerrollen (it tasted like a shot of healthiness, and it was so fresh, the rice was even still warm) with a nice Soja-Erdnuss sauce with Erdnüsse, Garnelen Grill with Vermicelli (I rarely find Vermicelli in other restaurants, so I’m happy I finally found) and Hähnchen with Coconut-Erdnuss sauce (nice spices). The taste was overall amazing. The waiter even accommodated a special dietary need of mine, due to a medical condition that I have. There were two waiters who could quickly switch from taking orders to cooking, serving and doing the bar.
