I ordered the Tofu Vermicelli and strawberry sprinkle mochi donut. The tofu was simply fried and put over shredded iceberg lettuce, cucumber and rice noodles. Very bland, but ok I guess you’re supposed to put the “sauce” over it. The sauce looked and smelled like human urine. So much so, that after I poured some on, I was so repulsed I couldn’t eat the vermicelli and threw the whole meal away. Very curious to know what the sauce actually is because at this point I am
100% convinced it actually was urine. The donut was good.

when this place first opened, i really like it food was great and fresh. it started to slowly decline… i always get different phos there bc they’re all great but i also like the garnishes that come with it (beans sprouts, jalapeño lime, etc.). the last 3 times i’ve gone, i was given jalapeños and bean sprouts that had fuzz growing on it or slimy & slimy or dry old limes

Wow. I ordered spring rolls and this is what I got. Flimsy, tiny, half falling out- nothing like the menu photo! There were also white specks in it. The staff was the blind leading the blind.

Went here twice and got the beef vermicelli, chicken vermicelli and pho dac biet. The food is always fresh and the meats are seasoned and cooked really well. Def would go here again.

I literally work at the mall and used to eat here every single day. However once they hired this new lady, I vowed to NEVER come back here again. I said excuse me about 7 times to order and the lady was watching something on her phone with headphones in. I only had a 30 minute break to eat and wasn’t gonna stand there for 10 tryna order food. Are yall even doing business if yall won’t even let me order why do i have scream excuse me 7 times to order my food?? In addition to that the lady accused me of throwing away their trays when I’ve literally been eating there for nearly 7 months and have never once done that.

From ordering to eating, my experience here was a disaster. I was the only one in line and waited 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back and take my order. I then waited almost 10 minutes to actually get my food and on top of that, there are 0 napkins onsite here. I got a beef banh mi and it may just be the worst banh mi I’ve ever had. The meat was rough and they used mayonnaise instead of the signature yellow sauce that all good banh mi’s have. This place just opened in the mall so I was hoping it would be like Lumi in the south shore plaza which has been open a while longer and has both amazing service and banh mis, but it was not. I would rather drive 45 minutes to Braintree to get Lumi instead of ever coming back here.

Have eaten here in person and take out, the soup is always fresh and hot, not too salty either. Had Pho in many other places, and none were nearly as flavorful as here.

Small food court so not expecting gourmet. Had the beef banh mi. The meat was tough as shoe leather with a generous portion of gristle. I’ve had better for half the price.

I paid $15 for 8 dumplings and they were served to me ice cold. Inedible. Don’t waste your money.
