I hope the restaurant takes more care with food prep and quality control for takeout orders. I’d recommend checking your food carefully before eating.
Chicken Pho: The broth was light, clean, and not overly seasoned. The portion size was generous. They used rotisserie chicken, which was flavorful but a bit tough when biting into it.
Egg Rolls: Classic in flavor with more vegetables than meat, but still delicious. They came out hot, crispy, and paired perfectly with the pho.
Honestly… who does that anymore? That level of care, attention, and passion for their food and customers is so rare these days. Any place that treats people this thoughtfully truly deserves all the 5-star reviews.
Thank you so much — you genuinely made my night. That is why I Love this place!
I came here to grab some food and decided to order an iced Thai tea. I specifically asked for only 3 ice cubes because I’m not a fan of too much ice. To my surprise, the cup was barely half full—even after paying $4.08 (or $4.80) for it. I politely asked the lady at the register why it was only half full, but she ignored me and acted like she couldn’t hear.
Then an older man came out and spoke in a very rude and bossy tone, saying, “You only asked for 3 cubes.” I confirmed that I did—but that still doesn’t explain why the cup was only half full. When I continued to ask why, he snapped, “If you don’t want it, I can’t take it back,” which was completely unnecessary and dismissive. I never asked for a refund or for him to take it back—I just wanted a simple explanation.
The attitude and lack of customer service were shocking. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. For that price, you should get a full drink regardless of how much ice you ask for. Not returning here again.
It’s almost like ordering at a fast food restaurant, you order at the counter, but they bring the food to you. The service was super fast, I got my food within 5 mins of ordering.
I got the beef pho, grilled pork vermicelli, shaken beef, and Vietnamese iced coffee.
Pricing was great and the quantity was perfect for the price. I would only say the shaken beef didn’t have enough protein for the cost.
The Vietnamese iced coffee was on the sweeter end and not too strong, I’d say not the best coffee I’ve had.
I really liked the pho. They gave a lot of meat and the soup was delicious.
The grilled pork vermicelli was delicious. I wish the meat were thinner slices but the flavor of the meat was good.
Definitely somewhere to come back to!
