Phở DJ is a family restaurant. We named the restaurant by our Parent’s Initial as Diana and John. We serves quality food that is fresh and healthy. We offer our special signature Phở-Beef Broth Noodle Soup. Our Beef Broth Noodle Soup is cooked from scratch for at least 20 hours to achieve the most optimal flavor. On our high-quality menu, we also complemented variety of mouthwatering dishes such as Sizzling Fillet Mignon Beef Plate, Vietnamese Style Beef Stew and Chicken Curry. We also offer variety of Vietnamese’s traditional food such as Cơm Tấm-Broken Rice Plate, Bún-Vermicelli Rice Noodle Bowl, and Chicken Broth Noodle Soup. We are proudly representative of the rich culinary tradition of Vietnam. We also offer Vegan and Gluten Free.

I was craving some pho after the gym so I came to Pho DJ. When I walked inside, the older gentleman directed me very politely to sit at table 1. I ordered the #3 pho with tendon, brisket, and tripe. It was absolutely delicious, the broth was extremely flavorful and the meat was tasty and tender. The only con I would say is they serve slightly too many noodles per bowl and the broth gets soaked up a bit, not that serious. The older woman and man who I presume to be the owners were extremely kind. I’m not sure what these other emotional reviewers are talking about. I WILL be back!!

The worst pho restaurants I ever been too terrible customer service. Bad attitude. I went to pick up my food and I ask for chili paste and he gave me Sriracha. I told him not Sriracha sauce sir. I had to grab a bottle form the table and showed him which one is chili paste he got a small container with a bad attitude fill it half way and said her I grab it and I ask him for an extra housing and I told him don’t worry I’ll pay for it. He said no I gave you enough. I said you only gave me one sir like I said I’ll pay for it. He said no that’s enough and walk away. first and last time going to the restaurant.
The shrimp pho is not as good as I thought it would be .

I went here as an early Mother’s Day gift and I was extremely disappointed, it was hot, you can barely understand the waitress the tables were sticky. I ordered orange chicken and rice the orange chicken had a weird taste and the chicken was extremely hard, I asked the older man if they can fix it nd he said no you ordered it basically deal with it, I explained to him he can try it himself the food tasted off the chicken was overcooked and just not good and he basically said there’s nothing he can do than the other Chinese guy just sat there staring at me and my family , terrible customer service and food. Will not be back.

Came here with my niece and it was great. The gentleman who helped us was kind. The food was great! I read the negative reviews and was hesitant at first. But they charge you what it actually costs, if you don’t understand someone I suggest Google translate. Business owners tells you their story on the menu and why it has the name. Perhaps for those don’t take the time to read or pay attention to detail, I suggest taking the time to do so.

I was in there on Monday, they were busy because of the rain but I know what I ordered and I saw my receipt for $15 at the register. I’m now reviewing my bank statement and I noticed they actually charged me $20. I didn’t approve that charge, it may only be $5 to me but who knows to how many other people they have done that to.

As good as their food may ne the owner or daughter of the owner is beyond racist towards black people with unnecessary micro aggression towards black women and I’ve been here a few times and with her it’s always the same experience. She will not return your change In Your hand, she will always set it down for you to pick up. Her tone and mannerism screams micro aggression and today I’m done.

Honestly, what’s wrong with people. You come to a place to eat VIETNAMESE food. Not to criticize people because they don’t speak perfect English. Of course they will not speak perfect English. My boyfriend and I went through the reviews and he is a huge believer that if service is bad food is great and I got to tell you. Don’t trust the reviews.
Customer service was very good. All including the lady mentioned at the comments before was nice. And I specifically took a picture of my boba so you can see the large boba size. These are Vietnamese people, they have different cultures they ain’t going to be like American people. Just sit, speak clear and give thanks for the tasty food. Definitely don’t take it too serious if they aren’t the best host. But I can tell you the food is delicious and definitely appreciated the effort in the costumer service I experienced here.

If I could rate this customer service is zero I would not gonna lie. Their food is good but the customer service sucks You’re not even able to ask for extra sauce and they treat kids horrible. I just left there and I asked them if I can buy an extra sauce. Usually every restaurant is able to sell extra sauce and the guy was insisting he’s not gonna sell me none.

I paid $22 for a Thai tea and tofu fried rice. They forgot the tofu. After looking at the other reviews I decided it wasn’t worth the effort of trying to get it rectified. The food was good, at least. But despite a menu of several drinks they only had thai tea and coffee. You know those restaurants in Japan where they hire old people with memory issues and you might not get what you ordered? Well, come here if you want a taste of that I guess.
