This restaurant is my go-to cravings for any Pho and/or Vietnamese cuisine. .. The food is consistently delicious, but I like that they allow customers to make their own sauces on the table (Yes, it is crucial for flavor to have sauces; Sriracha, Chili sauce, Hoisin sauce etc…) whereas many other Pho restaurants provide you a small set amount only… Overall, I never been disappointed with the food or service and would recommend this restaurant for any Pho enthusiasts.

It’s fine if you just want a break for Poke like I did but the broth here doesn’t seem like it’s slow cooked beef broth and had a taste of instant seasoning in it. As I sat at my table with left over broth in front of me I observed the seasoning inside the broth separate from the liquid leaving it clear on top and muddy below. This doesn’t happen with real beef broth.

Pho & Co is our go-to vietnamese spot in the Kapolei area. I love the vegetarian options, specifically the vegetable pho with vegetarian broth. Their restaurant also feels nice and clean inside. I just wish prices haven’t gone up so much, but that is everywhere, not just here.

Best pho we had. I let down my usual gluten free diet to try it, very good. We will be going back to get some more food from here! Kid friendly, owner (maybe) also offered to add veggies instead of noodles for me next time.

I don’t often give 5 stars.. But this place deserves it. Every aspect of my experience was stunning. We sampled many different items (pictured) like the #7 Pho, steamed pork Bahn mi sandwich, spring rolls, fried rice, Boba tea, etc.. It was all delicious.

I never heard of this place before. I did some research and found out they claim to be the first Pho in Kapolei, from some years ago. I did a on-line search, found their menu, and it is a bit pricey. But I felt it was worth a try. We went last night, and ordered two Pho Dac Biet large size. They don’t leave condiments at the table anymore, so they come out and ask you what you need and they give you some portions in small dishes. I have to say their garlic chili sauce is very good, and you should try some in your Pho.
