Pho Chopstix is a family-run Vietnamese restaurant that is full of pleasant surprises. The signature house special pho includes generous portions of protein and a beef broth that is lighter in taste that seems more like the homemade version. The rice plate with grilled beef is also delicious. And the smoothies and Thai iced tea are also not to be missed. This restaurant deserves support!

The food here is really good! I really enjoyed the chicken wings and the B1 with Pork. It’s one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes and it did not disappoint from this place. My mom also got a Banh Mi, which she said was really delicious. I also got a Thai Tea, which was probably the most authentic Thai Tea I’ve ever had!
The only negative I have is that the floor was really slippery, not sure if they just cleaned or if it’s always that slippery but just be careful!
Even if you don’t eat inside, please order from here and if you can, please pay in cash! There are signs all around with the request but sadly I did not have cash on me today so I paid with card.

1st time here and i wasn’t disappointed! Good food the cashier/waiter was awesome. Pho not really my thing but was tasty after we added the Chilli oil. The Thai iced tea was different but tolerable. I also ordered the crab Rangoon they were so good I couldn’t even get a picture. 8/10 for sure…will be back!!

Love this place. Food is delicious. The workers are SO kind. I went inside to eat and they realized I was cold and instantly brought out a heater and put it next to my table. I eat the summer rolls weekly. Amazing.

The food is flavorful and fresh. I love seafood and the shrimp I loved. The broth is not too strong, so even those who are not used to new flavors or types of food would be more likely to enjoy. Large variety on the menu. They have a lot of seating, booths as well as large tables for family outings or business meetings. Wheelchair access might be tricky because two separate doors to enter, but there are tables that welcome you. Good customer service and music to sing along to, or if your voice is not ear friendly, just bop your head. The springrolls are crisp and juicy, and the sauce is amazing.

Call this place 30 minutes before they close and they kept sending me to voicemail. So I ended up coming here 15 minutes before they close and they pushed me away away. I was going to make a $48 order with them for me and my wife like I usually do I’ve been coming here for years so guess what I will travel further to Farmington hills and go get some pho somewhere else before I even step foot in this place again. Right when I came in I asked is it too late to make an order and she said yes we’re closed and it clearly shows they close at 8:30 they are garbage people to turn away money in 2026. Yes I said what I said and it’s all truth it’s all facts. Even though their food is good they are garbage

Overall, the food is absolutely incredible and I would recommend dining here. Food came out in a reasonable time and the dishes were full of flavor. However, I lowered my star for a customer service experience issue me and the other atendee I was with had.
On the wall there was a hand written sign that stated “specials” and their autumn rolls were advertised for $3.75. However, when we went to pay, the employee charged us full price at $7.99. Normally, not a big issue but the employee informed us that the sign was from the sale when the item was new to the menu, 2 years ago. The main issue we encountered was the feeling of lack of concern, thr employee didn’t seem to care. We were not looking for full refunds or anytbing extra, but rather a “Sorry this was a mistake on our end and we will remove it immediately.”
As mentioned, I still recommend the food, but after the service experienced, it’s not likely I will be returning.
