Absolutely loved the pho here – rich, comforting and full of flavour. Everything tasted fresh and clearly made with care.

The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere, clean and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better.

What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the staff – Archie was. Their warm service genuinely made my day and put a big smile on my face.

Will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

We were looking for a quick lunch in the midst of shopping and as fans of asian food this was an easy choice! We ordered the fried baby squid, beef curry noodle soup and wok fried rice (prawn) – everything tasted absolutely great Service was a little slow, possibly because it was peak hour but we didn’t really mind once we tasted the food. Definitely going there again to try out other things on the menu!

I have tried several restaurant in Chester Outlet and this is the best restaurant I have ever tried. The food is nice with reasonable portion, they are so delicious and we cleared our plates!

I would recommend the curry and they had the choice of broken rice and cauliflower rice, the curry is so yummy with the taste of coconut, not really spicy which is good for both adults and kids

We have been served by Hailey and she is absolutely a GEM. She is so nice and she knows the menu so well, busy working around and really work so hard

I will definitely come back again Hailey because of and the food!

I’ve been eating at Pho Cafe restaurants for around 10 years, and I’ve been patiently waiting for one to open up in the Chester area. I therefore had to be there for the opening, and I have to say, it didn’t disappoint! The chicken salad and beef brisket phở were as delicious as ever. I had the banana fritters + vanilla ice cream for dessert (divine!) and my husband and I shared the Vietnamese affogato which was sublime. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, the toilets were very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I already can’t wait to visit again soon!

Thought I’d try this Wirral-based Vietnamese restaurant at Cheshire Oaks Outlet, and I wasn’t disappointed.

The place is clean, vibrant, and has a nice authentic feel. The food was delicious from start to finish. I began with Vietnamese-style chicken summer rolls …fresh, light, and full of flavour.

For the main event, I went for the “winter warmer” beef and garlic pho. A bit of a contrast to Hanoi weather-wise, but absolutely hit the spot. The portion size was generous, and I still managed to finish it — a proper bowl of protein and collagen. Truly pho-nominal.

The only downside was the wait time, but to be fair, the staff were upfront and let me know in advance, which helped set expectations.

Overall, well worth the visit and definitely recommended if you’re in the area.

Bit of last minute Christmas shopping at Cheshire oaks and we popped in to Pho. No wait at all to be greeted and seated. The hostess explained the menu to us, QR code too to scan and see the food before you order which was a great idea. We were served by a fantastic waitress, Hailey, she was really really attentive, making sure we chose what we wanted, spice wise and palette wise. Everything came out so very fresh and delicious. We would highly recommend a visit.

I visited Pho today with two friends, and we all had a brilliant experience. Massimiliano, was outstanding he took the time to walk us through the menu in a clear, friendly, and very professional way even though he knew I used to work here and already knew it well. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about giving customers the best experience.
What made me even happier is seeing how well the team continues to maintain high standards. I used to work here, so I know exactly what good service and proper procedures look like, and everything was spot on the food quality, timing, and the overall atmosphere.
A big thank you to Massimiliano and the team for keeping the bar high. My friends loved it too, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I dined at Pho Cheshire Oaks recently. While the food itself was fine, I found the way the service charge is applied quite unreasonable and off-putting.
The food here is already expensive. After spending over £40, an additional 12.5% service charge (£5+) was automatically added to the bill without being clearly explained or highlighted in advance. If I had not carefully checked the receipt, I would not even have realised that a tip had been added.
Tipping should be a voluntary choice made by the customer, not something quietly added by default at the end of the meal. Automatically adding a service charge feels imposed rather than earned, and it leaves a bad impression. Spending £40+ on food and then being expected to pay over £5 extra for very basic service does not feel reasonable.
I asked for the service charge to be removed, and the staff did remove it without any argument, which I appreciate. However, the practice itself is still disappointing and makes the overall dining experience uncomfortable.
Good food, but I strongly feel that service charges should be clearly communicated upfront and left entirely to the customer’s discretion. Automatically adding them only creates frustration and resentment.

What a treat Everything was absolutely delicious from starters to mains.
Massive Thank You to our waitress Hailey. She was super knowledgeable and so friendly . Although she was so busy she kept finding time to come and check with us if the food is ok and always with a smile on her face . She is an absolute credit to this place and this is what a service should look like .
Highly recommend this restaurant
