The food tastes good, the service I’ve had was fine. The food quality can be hit or miss though. One time we went they gave us dying summer rolls from last night or earlier in the day.

We didn’t go for a couple of months, but after we went back, we didn’t have any issues.

I can ignore the fact that their food portions are small, but this is the closest location that is here in Lorton. Otherwise I have to go to Woodbridge like Viet Chopsticks or Pho 75 or to Springfield or Fairfax.

This experience made me mad though. I ordered crispy spring rolls for my kids. They looked fine, but when I went over to see my son eating his spring roll, I saw that there was a big burn spot.

The fact that I didn’t see the burn spot first meant that that burn spot was faced down. I don’t know if this was done on purpose, but it literally left a bad taste in the mouth.

We’ve come to this restaurant 4 times in our 2 week stay because they have the best Pho . It’s savory and served hot. Plus, the servers bring the pho in about 5-10 minutes. Super fast! The ambiance is casual and friendly.
If you’re craving Pho, I highly recommend Pho Chateau!

My fiancé and I have been ordering from here for a year and the Pho is incredible. But I didn’t know it could get any better, today was our fist time dining in and i don’t know if it was the atmosphere or because it was cold outside but it tasted 100 times better in house. If you’re in the area, this is a MUST HAVE.

Awful experience. I ordered the beef stew with pho noodles. The beef was not edible because it all was covered in fat, there was even TWO huge chunks of fat in the soup. None of that was mentioned in the description of the soup and our server kept trying to say it’s normal. Another person at the table got pho and that broth was also bland just like the stew. I have previously dined here and will not be coming back! If I could give no stars I would 🙂

This place has always been a good, reliable place. Those vegetarian egg rolls were the reason I drive down from Maryland.

I got takeout summer rolls. It was not as large as the ones described in reviews. They were very small and the sauce was not enough. The service was friendly and nice. The place looked inviting, and I am thinking it is probably better to eat in than take out like some restaurants.

We randomly stopped by to get some late lunch and the food was excellent. The broth in pho was very reach and the meat fresh and tender. I would like for large option to have little bit more noodles but still great choice. Second dish was excellent too. Specially the pate

This place has some good phở. It might be one of the best in the area, and the crispy rolls are a great starter.

Everyone pho’s differently. First thing I do is take out half the noodles. Yeah, I know—sacrilege to some. But I like a higher ratio of bean sprouts to noodles. Texture matters. Crunch over mush. So I dump in all the sprouts, then the basil—ripped, not chopped—and a heavy squeeze of lime to wake it all up. Off to the side, I’ve got that little dish of hoisin, the sweet sauce. Thick, dark, sticky. I take a slice of brisket or the thin-cut beef, still tender from bathing in broth, and dip it in the sauce. Sweet and savory. Then a bite of noodles tangled with sprouts, followed by a spoonful of the soup. It’s everything—meat, crunch, acid, depth. I tried the sizzling beef with rice too. Filet. Absolute perfection. Tender enough to cut with chopsticks, seared just right, riding alongside caramelized onions that cling to every grain of rice like they belong there. Comfort food if comfort came with fire. Beef stew with egg noodles also a winner. Rich and hearty. But next time I come back—and I will—it’s pho with brisket and thin-sliced beef, and that sizzling beef with rice. Those two? My ride-or-die.

The pho is so good here. The ambiance is perfect — clean, comfy, and modern. Food is really authentic, portions are great, and my vietnamese iced coffee is one of the best I’ve had. The servers are super kind and attentive. This is one of the best pho I’ve had in a while. Too bad I live too far to make this a regular place. Highly recommend all pho connoisseurs to enjoy a lovely bowl here.
