Incredibly delicious! We enjoyed the #2 Pho with beef, tendon, meatballs, and more. The broth was very flavorful and not overly salty as at other places. The Pad See Ew was perfect with generous portions of meat. The fried rice was also very nicely done.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating, bringing us extra bowls and plates for sharing. We had a very nice Mother’s Day weekend lunch here!
The restaurant is very spacious. Plenty of parking.

My husband and I were looking for a spot to eat and saw the reviews. We are so glad we decided to try it. He had Pho and I had the Chicken Pad Thai. Both were some of the best we have had. The food came out pretty quick and it was very fresh and hot. The customer service was great and a very clean establishment. We will definitely be back to try more!

A little skimpy on the meat but Thai Boat Pho broth (seems different, more rich and darker than other pho there) is the most delicious pho broth I’ve ever had! The pork rinds in the pho were also delicious and a welcome addition.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats last night as I have dome many times. My Chicken Yakisoba was inedible. Whether it was oyster sauce or fish sauce that was used in the dish, I’m not sure….but it was WAY too much. I mean WAY WAY too much. It tasted like I was eating a fish dish, and not a chicken dish. Not sure if I’m going to give them another chance, as it was a waste of $20 and a horrible dish.

Second time trying out this restaurant and they do not disappoint. The staff are very friendly and check on you often. The food are delicious and great portion size. Our first time we tried their pho, papaya salad, crazy wings, and pad see ew. This time we tried their boat noodles and red curry. Everything tasted so perfect.

We were excited when we saw this place was open. We always drove by to see when it would. The kids loved the pad thai, pad se ew, and the beef noodle soup. I ordered Khao soi. It was pretty good but not something I would order again. My personal taste is when it is served with egg noodles and topped with red onion, and pickled radish. This version used wide rice noodles and no toppings. The staff are friendly and the prices are pretty decent.
Down side: they close at 8pm so dinner could be an issue for many. Plates were served one at a time verses together so we all ate at different times or waited for the kids plates to come out before eating ours. Its clean but very bare and very quiet. No decoration or background music to muffle conversations.

Wow! Gresham’s newest best kept secret is Pho Chang Thai for amazingly delicious and authentic southeast Asian cuisine. Having lived and traveled throughout Asia for a decade, I can tell you this is the best you can get. The pad thai chili was so flavorful and perfectly cooked — not to mention it looked and smelled so delicious when it arrived at the table it took self control just to snap a pic before digging in. They have a large dining area with room for whole office parties or celebrations. The service was excellent and the food came out just as we finished out crab puff appetizer. Can’t say enough good things about Pho Change Thai. If you’re tired of nasty Panda food, try out some excellent Asian food right in Gresham.

Decided to try this new restaurant out, my partner & I both got pad Thai. It’s very delicious!! And big portions. Much better than the thai restaurant nearby. Man taking our order was kind & friendly. Dining area is huge, great place for big dinner parties! Only thing I did not like was that there was no music playing so it was very quiet inside. Also seemed like most people in there were getting take out, maybe should make a section where take out customers can wait to not take up all the dining tables!

This place was awesome. I think only 3 tables were taken as I placed a ‘to go’ order. One couldn’t asked for nicer service. The young guy suggested the pineapple curry which is a favorite of mine. I think I’ll go with heat level 5 next time because 4 wasn’t that spicy. The avocado salmon rice dish will be my next choice when I return. I’ve tried quite a bit of Thai food in town and this place is my favorite so far. I really need to sit down with someone that can explain what I’m reluctant to order as I don’t know half of the menu. I thought that the signs were aligned for me today to start paying attention to Menache Properties. I read a Willamette Weekly article that said they recently bought the old American Banking building which had become a drug den downtown. Hopefully they will fix those problems since they got such a deal on the courthouse steps. But anyway, to tie this all together, this shopping center has space available to be leased that is also owned by Menache Properties or possibly managed. I don’t know the details but they must be local ballers and do business from here to Dallas. Nice shopping center here. So go try some Thai now!

If you like Thai food you will not be disappointed with this absolutely delicious food!! We had Panang Curry & Fried Rice. I would recommend both. We are from out of town, but would eat here regularly if we could.
