The staff are extremely friendly and I had three different servers ask me if I was doing alright or needed anything. Small family business. Safe area. The food is original American pho. Can tell food is made with care

Always quick, hot and a happy experience. Estella is the best!
I recommend the chicken pho personally as I am not adventurous eater.

We dined at Pho Cali in Macon for the first time a few weekends ago & it was good. I love pho & my favorite place is in Atlanta. When I’m in Macon & want pho, I’ll dine at Pho Cali for a pho fix. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls & the oxtail pho. Both were good. There were several oxtails in the pho & they were meaty. I’d order it again, minus the meatballs. I didn’t like the way the meatballs tasted. Also, the tapioca pearls were awful & mushy in my Thai tea. I would never order tapioca pearls in my Thai tea again from Pho Cali! Yuck!!
The service was fine. The atmosphere was okay. The bathroom was clean.

I eat here at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. It’s top 5 in Macon for me! I have trouble ordering anything other than the pho bc it’s so good, really great appetizers too – especially the pork spring rolls. The service is always wonderful, especially with Estella 🙂

This is officially my go to spot on Macon for pho. It has a very laid back and friendly atmosphere. I’m always greeted when I come in and I noticed the servers work well together to wait on customers.
I’ve had the spring rolls and multiple pho dishes. I waited until I tried most of them before before writing a review. They’re all delicious! Today I had the regular ox tail pho and am happy to say it came with 4-5 nice size clusters of tail . I’m always reluctant to order ox tail anywhere because restaurants like to skimp on the meat.
All in all a good experience if you’re looking for Vietnamese cuisine. Nice smoothies also.

This place has automatic Vietnamese dishes. I love the Bun Bo Hue which is a special Vietnamese spicy noodle soup. The summer roll is fresh and delicious.

We were looking for Pho in Macon and Warner Robins and stumbled across this Gem on Google. Atmosphere was warm and inviting they have booths and tables. Our server was knowledgeable & very polite. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautiful in presentation. I can’t say enough positive things about this restaurant. The prices are affordable. We had Seafood Pho, vermicelli bowl, fried noodles, chicken house egg roll, and matcha & mango smoothie. Bomb 10/10

Very good choice for Vietnamese noodle soup and other oriental food. The seafood soup was rich with lots of shrimp, scallops, and noodles. Average price for the food. Very nice, helpful and attentive staff.

We love pho…& this was good pho. The broth was great – very flavorful & rich. Service was wonderful – so kind & friendly. They sat our party of 6 immediately & food came out fast. Everything we ordered was wonderful. Finished our meal with boba smoothies for the kids & Thai tea for me – all delicious. We will definitely be back.

Posted two years ago, Edited 9.14.25: I can’t believe I’m just now reviewing this place. I’ve eaten here a lot. One of the best places for what I call life in a bowl, a.k.a. pho! I’ve had their brisket, their tendon, their meatballs, their chicken, their tripe, their flank, and now, their vegetable pho! If i’m not mistaken, I believe the vegetable pho is vegan. It came with bok choy, broccoli, baby corn, tofu, spring onions, and other Asian herbs & spices in a clear broth. I think it was in veggie broth because the flavor tasted a little different, yet still oh-so-delicious! (I tried to empty that bowl!) Of course, the noodles are my favorite part. If you don’t eat them quickly, they turn to mush the longer they sit. I added the complimentary add-ins: Thai basil, bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime. I can’t handle the chili peppers. I just can’t hang! As always, the ingredients are super fresh so you’ll enjoy a healthy meal.
The staff is on that 빨리 빨리 (pali pali – meaning quick, fast, with little to no wait time) game, as most Asian restaurants seem to be. My mother adventured with me this time. Hers came first. She had the shrimp fried rice, which did not disappoint. I had a pot of hot green tea, which was beyond plentiful. It felt like there was about 2-3 cups in there. I had 1½ and took home the rest, which fit a 20 oz to go cup perfectly. The small/regular bowl of pho appears large, which proves that you will definitely get your fill — if you can finish it. (The bowl won this time.)
The rice dishes are delish! In the summer, I prefer a vermicelli salad that’s light & refreshing. You choose the meat, comes with veggies, and a sauce. You mix it and dive it. The BAHN MI… oooooh the bahn mi… is a soft, scrumptious sandwhich with your choice of marinated chicken, beef or pork, some fresh julienned carrots and cucumbers, and I believe a light mayo or spread. It’s so pillowy soft inside with a lightly crunchy outside. You won’t want to stop biting and chewing. I miss it when it’s gone. Your mouth will thank you for introducing it to this delightful dish. Dont sleep!
The restaurant is clean. Lots of tables with a good bit of room for large and small parties. There are kids portions on the menu and a selection of Boba teas, milk teas, smoothies, and flavored teas if you want to venture away from the usual sodas, water, and Southern sweet tea.
Vietnamese food is a wonderful departure from the run-of-the-mill Chinese & Japanese cuisine. Give them a try and be adventurous. Your taste buds will love you and beg for your return!
