Seriously hands down the best Bun Bo Hue I’ve found in the States. I’m a bit of a BBH fanatic and try it everywhere I go, but they really nail the authenticity here. They don’t skimp on the meat or the veggies either. The broth is killer good, definitely ask for the extra spice if you want that extra kick!

Come here everytime im in Milwaukee because you get alot of food for the money. Food I usually order taste healthy and fresh, not overly greasy. Must tries are papaya salad with beef jerky, Shaken beef and V5 charbroiled beef, shrimp vermicelli.

House Special Pho
Uber says this is $13.95, but when you add to cart, you have to choose a size, and you only have the option to choose “large” for an extra $2. So this is a $16 dish. Don’t like the price hiding game folks… Also, the dish was missing tripes. My favorite.. I believe the extra $2 I paid was probably just for the noodles, as it came with a huge amount of noodles, but not really a large portion of meats. I could have also used a little more sprouts. Soup flavor was good, though, as I remember it at the restaurant.
Calamari Stone
Not sure why it’s called “stone”. But it’s fried calamari. It’s got an interesting redish color. It was cold upon delivery. Not warm, not lukewarm, but cold. Like it came out of the fridge. Meanwhile the pho soup came piping hot, so I know they just put this on a container from the fridge without reheating or cooking fresh. I don’t necessarily mind cold food, but this one wasn’t good cold. The squid was chewy and the batter was separated. Sad. I didn’t think you could really go wrong with this dish.
Papaya salad with shrimp
Meh. Another disappointment. It came with sauce on the side, but the salad was already tossed in sauce. This dish was also underwhelming, mostly because it was probably pre-made and sitting there for a lot longer than the 30 minutes it took for delivery. The papaya and carrots were wilty from having been sitting on the vinegar based sauce. Only saving grace were the huge shrimp pieces that were cooked just right.
I would go to the physical location, but I’m very underwhelmed by the delivery option. Will not do it again.

Literally one of my most memorable experiences ever, considering I ordered to go. The service is the best and the guy is the sweetest. He always gives us free complimentary boba drinks and the food is always so good. Try it out!

I’ve only been here twice so far for family meal celebrations. But both times, I had a great experience. I can’t speak for the pho because I didn’t order it. But I had their seafood hot pot both times and loved it! The rest of the group that ordered pho were happy. The portion size is great! My youngest child is a picky eater. We ordered the N1- pan fried noodles with chicken for him. It was so good and he enjoyed it. The flavor was wonderful! I loved the condiments available. Especially the chili oil and fish sauce. As an Asian, having great condiments are important so this was definitely asian approved. Their service has always been exceptional! Honestly, to me they are at the top of the list for great service than many other restaurants I’ve been to. They do a great job making sure you are taken care of and that we have everything we needed. I look forward to trying out the goat and pho beef meatball hotpots next!

Excellent place to eat. Ordered within 5 minutes. Had our meal within 10 minutes, and it was hot. We both ordered Pho with a side of Vietnamese spring rolls. This place may be a little dated, but the place is clean washrooms included. The food is excellent and so colorful! If in Milwaukee again, I’ll eat here. Thank you for the great experience!
