I’ve been eating at this place for 20 years, and I was worried when the owner and their menu changed last year. Their bun bo hue is the bomb!!! It’s the best noodle I’ve ever had!! The amount of meat and noodles is perfect. It has a deep, rich lemongrass flavor. You won’t regret eating here.

I am very happy with my meal. I’m limited on the food I can eat ( no sugar and I’m on the Keto diet). These folks will make a special order for me to meet my requirements. Their noodle and chicken bowl is turned into a shredded lettuce and sprouts with chicken bowl. Very nice. I cheat a little by bringing my own EV Olive Oil instead of their special sauce… I’m just that particular about my olive oil. (Maybe I’m just peculiar). Very contented customer.

This place has gone down hill over the years. I dont know if they have new owners or what happend. 26$ for a bowl of beef noodles and 4 spring rolls. 26$ that i felt wasn’t close to being fair for the quality of food. The broth wasn’t rich or herbal. The beef was dry and tasted like cardboard. The meatballs were spongy and bland. Overall the bowl of soup tasted like chlorinated tapwater. The spring rolls werent much better. This is the 6th time in the last 3 years I’ve gone and its been bad every time. I try to give it another chance to see if they got it back but they dont. If you want good pho in delaware pho viet is the best place that I’ve found.

Consistently outstanding pho on every one of my six or so lunchtime visits. Really excellent. Service is quick and attentive. Atmosphere is perfect for what it is: a casual, non-franchised, pleasant and unpretentious restaurant where the priority is where it belongs, on the food.

Like that recent review, I’ve been a customer of this store for several years. On my most recent visit, the quality of the food became more than worse than before, despite the new decor. The noodles have gotten more expensive, the portions have gotten smaller, and there wasn’t much meat on the beef ribs that were added. We also ordered extra fried chicken wings, the old crispy and juicy wings disappeared, look at what’s in the picture now, a plate full of oil, uncut chicken wing bones, over fried dried chicken wings, I don’t even know what they’re doing. Get a new store, this is no longer the same store it used to be.
