Pho Café is absolutely top-notch! Their service is number one — always friendly, quick, and welcoming. The restaurant is extremely clean with a warm, comfortable environment that makes you feel right at home.
The food is incredible. Every dish is packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and you can tell they put real care into what they serve. Their phở is hands down the best in the Puget Sound — rich broth, perfect noodles, and amazing portions.
I definitely recommend everyone to come try Pho Café. If you’re looking for great food and amazing service, this is the place to go!

This may be the best pho I’ve ever had during my time in Seattle. Originally from Hawaii the pho broth is exquisite and doesn’t get tiring like other pho broths. The homemade fish sauce is so sweet and went very well with the grilled pork chops. The rice plate is a must try as it tastes good and the price is the lowest in the area!

The owners are so kind, they recognize my voice when I call and they say hello to me by name. They know my order right away, with an extra side of large broth. Today, I switched it up and got the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork (with a side of large broth hahahahah).

Still the best Pho I’ve had from Tacoma to Everett. The amount of love and dedication sets them ahead of everyone else. The nouc beo (fatty broth) is delicious and a tell tale sign if your Pho is legit or not. The chili oil is also delicious and a great example of the effort they put into their business since its made in house. Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any better, I had their beef rib Pho (limited time only) with steak and brisket. The food coma was real and worth it! I hope to see that one on their menu permanently! Consider yourself lucky if you live nearby because I drive almost an hour for this Pho!

The broth is perfectly clean and clear, bursting with flavor, and the meats are top quality. Everything we’ve tried has been great. You can truly taste the care that goes into their food. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. My family and I happily pass by other pho restaurants just to eat here. If you’re looking for high quality pho – this is it.

Came over from Whidbey Island for an appointment and stopped in. Restaurant is very small, bare bones decoration, condiments were a bit sticky as was the menu but they make up for it with great food and fast service. I had the chicken pho and my husband had brisket pho. The broth flavor profile was absolutely delicious and the meat tender. We both preferred the chicken over the brisket even though both have a beef broth. We also tried the pork and shrimp egg rolls. Not sure I’d order them again. They were a bit greasy and not very flavorful. The pho was definitely the star of the meal!

This pho restaurant is truly amazing! The broth is rich and flavorful with a delicious bone aroma, the noodles are soft, and the beef is very fresh. The rice was tasty, and the egg rolls were amazing.The place is clean, spacious, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The price is reasonable for such high-quality pho. My favourite place to get pho in all of Washington so far. Incredibly flavourful, good portions for the price, and the food is consistent. Also great service, very kind and friendly staff.
Also, if you’re vegetarian, the veggie pho is great. I’ve probably had it about 50 times already and there hasn’t once been meat in it. Never an issue of cross contamination

The broth for the Pho here is amazing & full of flavor. One of the best I’ve had. The young man who took my order was friendly, helped me find what I was looking for on the menu & packaged my order to go within minute’s. Price was average for Pho & worth every penny here. For a Sunday night this place was busy, unlike any of the other restaurants nearby. It’s just a small, casual dining place, which I prefer & it was clean. Almost all tables had people sitting at them already eating & by how many people I saw walking out with bags, I imagine they were pretty busy with takeout & delivery as well. My takeout order was packaged to go better than anywhere I’ve had in the past for Pho. Definitely will be back. If you love Pho don’t miss out on this place! Thank You!
