Pho Café makes delicious, home-cooked Vietnamese food that is familiar to anyone growing up in a Vietnamese family. Our dishes are freshly prepared every day using original ingredients and techniques based on my mother’s home cooking. We’re known for classics such as Goi Cuon (spring rolls) and Banh Xeo (Vietnamese crepe). And we specialize in Pho which we cook for 12 hours every day, and Bun – bowls of cold Vermicelli rice noodles with fresh toppings and authentic herbs and vegetables.

I don’t know why their UberEats rating is so high. This is truly flavorless. You know pho is going to be good or bad mediocre from the smell. It’s should fragrant and herbaceous. This broth is flat. Only masked by adding extra lime juice and all the sriracha packets they have us. There is also barely any onion. Very obvious they’re going for volume and not quality. I ordered from this place as my regular pho place is was closed today. I ordered from Uber eats. Upon setting my food up by boiling the broth so that I can pour it into the noodles and veggies. Even after that the noodles were still in that weird in between soft where the noodles are flexible but was still hard in the middle. I had to just drink the broth because I came back home from a long day of work and Im super hungry. Its safe to say that I won’t be ordered again from this spot. I got the vegetarian pho. Ive had much better than this. The portion they give u for the noodles is barely anything as well! Overall I’ve disappointed i spend $20 on a meal. The broth is on the bland side. On thr bright side it isnt salt but it lack flavor :/

Ordered delivery of steak and shrimp pho for dinner, to our disappointment upon arrival there was a distinct smell. After carefully opening and separating each item, it was apparent that the shrimp was either not fresh or rinsed with some sort of chemical that reassured it was not safe to eat. To spend $100 on two meals and trying to call to share our experience and have a non working number is short of disappointing and frustrating.

My friend got one of the crepe dishes which looked really good! I want to try it next. Just be aware that they give you the rice papers to go and you must dip them in warm water to prep/hydrate them yourself.
