The service was fast. Unfortunately the restaurant smelled so strongly of cleaning products my stomach was upset before I even started eating. As for the food itself, it tasted a little off… not sure exactly why, but I couldn’t save it with sauces and extra greens.

They have the BEST food, the BEST customer service and the BEST location. If you are looking for the most delicious and authentic pho then you need to come to pho cafe 31. The pho is t the only thing good. Everything on the menu is. The staff is all so sweet and kind. If my family would let me we’d eat here every week! No matter if you dine in or take home it’s delicious.

hot and sour soup is so yum and also they have really good beef& broccolini stir fried , which is not super greasy and sweet.
Pho broth is a little bit light , I wish they can have a little bit stronger bone broth flavor. but overall it’s very fresh and good.

Great food with lots of variety and amazing service, great location and easy to get to. I love seeing their whole family there and watching their little ones grow up. I love everything about this place. It’s one of our family’s favorites. We usually get the spring rolls, pho, soups, and grilled rice platters. Absolutely delicious every time.

One of our favorite pho in the area. I love the vegetarian pho with tofu and lots of vegetables. All very fresh. The shrimp spring rolls were ok, not a lot of flavor from herbs like basil or mint but plenty of lettuce, vermicelli and shrimp.

First time in on our way home from Vail ski trip. Ordered shrimp pho, grilled beef platter, Mongolian beef, and egg rolls. Generous portions, reasonable price, authentic pho, and a wonderful staff. This made up for my Asian food craving and Pho craving. I’d def go back.
