Subpar experience here – inhospitable service is a huge factor.
When my family and I arrived, the place was packed but there was a table available. Still, they made us wait 20 min for no apparent reason and eventually crammed us into a small table. At this point we were just happy to be seated.
However, the service was what threw the rest of the night off. Despite the ample amount of waiters, the service was crawling at 1 mph that night. Additionally, they got made a mistake on our order, serving us pork and shrimp spring rolls when we had explicitly told them we wanted only shrimp. Fortunately, the food, namely the egg rolls and pho, was quite taste tasty.
Food is good, service needs work.

Very friendly and quick service at this Pho Ca Dao location. We were warmly greeted upon entry and seated right away.
I ordered the pho tai and pho dac biet (without tripe and tendon). The soup was a little bit oily but very good. The portions were very generous. I had to take half my soup home because there was so much noodles left over. A bonus lunch the next day! And still delicious.
The furniture is a bit dated. The bench I sat on had rips and exposed stuffing. The tables look like they’re getting old too.

Delicious all the way around. Everything looked good, tasted great, many options from which to choose, and large portions. Robot bus service was entertaining. Attractive environment and lively atmosphere, especially during a busy lunch hour. Spacious dining area. Lunch hour parking can be a bit congested, but the food is definitely worth that challenge. Already planning future trips to try some of the other things I saw in the menu and on other tables.

They served me raw chicken in their chicken noodle pho dish. When I politely asked for a new bowl, the next bowl came out within 2 minutes with less chicken than the first. The cook then proceeded to hang out of the inner kitchen window yelling in a different language while looking right at me. He stayed there for more than a minute and the servers walked around with smirks on their faces. We will never go to this chain of restaurants again. Management did not acknowledge the issue, provide customer service, or credit our bill. This has been reported to the BBB as someone could get seriously ill from consuming raw chicken.

Without a doubt the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. High-quality food, fair prices, friendly staff and good service. The flavors in this food are absolutely incredible everything seems fresh and high-quality. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone wanting Vietnamese food. I had the pork Banh Mi this time and it was insanely delicious. Juicy, flavorful meat and lots of it, fresh veggies, they even threw in a little bit of pho on the side!! I’ve been here many times, the pho is the best! The fried rice is insanely good!! The spring and egg rolls are amazing and fresh and flavorful. Everything is so good!

The chicken vermicelli I ordered today was delicious, with one small exception: the vermicelli itself was a bit harder than I expected. Perhaps heating the noodles for about 30 seconds before serving could improve the texture.
The restaurant’s decor is lovely, and the server was very helpful. I especially appreciated the build-your-own-bowl option—a unique and interesting concept. I’m definitely looking forward to returning to try more dishes on the menu.

Great food, and the service is SUPER cool. They legit have 2 or 3 robot servers. The employees put the food on the robot’s shelves and it actually comes to your table. First time I’ve ever seen a restaurant use this before, it was so cool. Anyways, the service is good and there’s plenty of seating here. The pho is great, and the spring rolls are really crunchy. Robots were the highlight of the meal. Keep in mind that around 30 minutes before closing, they will tell customers they cannot dine in and that you can only do takeout.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is clean and it tastes good. My family and I are Mexican and we like the different taste of Pho CA Dao & Grill. Both food and drinks are good. The rice cakes with lemon grass beef are our favorite appetizer.
