The restaurant has an automated ordering system and food service. There are new owners but it is still a pho place and they remodeled everything so it looks nice! One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the Thai ice tea. It tasted really good but it barely has any actual drink and is filled with ice. But otherwise, my experience was nice

Good place for Vietnamese food when in the area. Not as much meat in the pho as I was expecting, but still good nonetheless. The Joyrolls is one of their specialties, and it’s very tasty. And they have self-ordering stations, if the line ever gets too long.

Great overall experience, friendly staff, and amazing food. Took some pho first timers and they wondered why they never tried this food before. The ginger pho is hard to find, so you HAVE to come taste it here. All other food was amazing. It was my first time trying egg coffee, you MUST try it. The place is very clean, has some entertainment for the kids. We will definitely visit again, and again.

I am Vietnamese and this is one of the best Pho in the DMV. There are bike racks so you can ride your bicycle here and then for ordering it is touch screen. The food comes out real quick! The egg rolls are yummy and the Pho was delicious. The owner is also very funny and talkative so you won’t be bored when you come here.

They have other options than pho which are also decent. Their pho has a bit too strong cinnamon taste so it’s a little different than other places.

I like how this restaurant is set up… Kind of like an express fast food restaurant with table service. You order your food on the touch screen computer display and the menu is displayed on the 3 large monitors above. My favorite part during the ordering is that as I scroll through the menu on the touch screen, I see pictures of the dishes. During my selection, I can customize my order by removing standard items that come with the dish such as cilantro, union, etc….for pho. During check out, I select my table number from the many table number cards sitting between the 2 ordering displays. They do have some unique dishes including the vietnamese sandwiches. I ordered the fried chicken dumplings, which was served with a sesame oil/soy sauce like sauce. The sauce wasn’t salty; it was very light. The dumplings were good, reminded of like the ones I got in the frozen aisle at the Korean Market. When the pho arrived at the table, the size was small, and it made me think that I don’t remember seeing a size option during ordering. Not sure if there was a large option as offered in many of the pho restaurants I ate at. It seems like the pho has less meat than other pho restaurants. While breaking up the noodles since it was stuck together, I don’t remember ever ate at a pho restaurant where I have to put so much effort into breaking up the noodles. It took me awhile considering I let the noodles sit while I finish the dumplings. Anyway, while I was breaking up the noodles and mixing the meat and bean sprouts, I saw a hair in the pho. It was thin and short. Then I found a long white plastic strip of something in the soup. I figured that I had worse (aluminum scrub pad pieces at a korean restaurant a couple of times and hair in my food at various restaurants) while eating out that I didn’t make a big deal out if it. The pho broth was the first time I tasted. It was very light, has some flavor, but not rich in flavor as I was expecting. Overall the pho was good, but not the best. Pho 75 in Herndon is still the best in the area, but unfortunately they are not open during covid. Speaking of covid, this restaurant follows the covid guidelines… Mask required when entering the restaurant, they appear to sanitize as shown with the hot sauce bottle covered with a plastic bag. The employees were professional, but not overly friendly… They speak very little, and no greeting upon entering the restaurant. I don’t know if I would frequent this restaurant, but I might come back to try their vietnamese sandwiches. The restaurant looks clean including the bathroom.

Best pho in Fairfax, and I know them all, haha. Compared to others, the soup’s fragrance strikes you even before you actually taste it. The thinly sliced chicken pho might appear less but it actually works better for moisture. This is not your grandma’s chicken soup but just as amazing! The location has excellent parking in a foodies strip mall ( try the turkish bakery or crêpes for dessert). The restaurant could use the ample sidewalk for covered outdoor seating, Mediterranean style, to attract a great atmosphere.

Quite possibly THE best vietnamese coffee I’ve ever had. The pho broth has a fantastic ginger forward base, and my only regret was that I wanted more. Keep an eye out for a soon to be sister shop in the near future, their coffee will be hard to beat.

We finally got to visit Pho Bytes which has a name as Pho Today for now because they haven’t changed the board yet, it was a little difficult to locate it at first. I tried the chicken pho with chicken broth and it was amazing. I wish they had a ginger chicken pho option. The indoors are pretty sweet plus the staff is really friendly. It’s a definite visit and I would highly recommend it.
