A Disappointing Experience with Management Shortcomings
I really wanted to like this place, especially since our server was so kind and tried her best. Unfortunately, several issues with food timing and order accuracy suggest a deeper problem with management.
Our drinks were significantly delayed, with my beer arriving almost 10 minutes before the others. This slow service continued with the food; I finished my meal before my son even received his egg rolls.
To make matters worse, my combo plate was missing shrimp entirely, and I suspect it was light on pork as well. When I brought it to their attention, they only provided two pieces of shrimp. My wife’s meal was also unappetizing, and my daughter’s egg rolls were completely forgotten.
While our server was incredibly polite and genuinely tried to make things right, it was clear the issues stemmed from the kitchen and overall operations. There appears to be a significant disconnect in the back of the house that management needs to address.
Lastly it was very hot in the restaurant and made it uncomfortable during the entire meal. Not worth the 120 dollars we spent. Won’t be back.

The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was lovely. We enjoyed our meal here with our parents and kids. My favorite was the baked mussels. I had the Phở Đặc Biệt and my mother-in-law ordered the rice platter—both were excellent. We finished every bite! The crispy egg rolls were amazing. Highly recommended!

I really wanted to give this place a good review because the staff was so nice and my visit here last summer was so good, but…started with spring rolls, noodles were overcooked, rice paper wrapping was underdone. Wasn’t surprised when noodle bowl came out with same mushy noodles. Combo rice plate had overcooked rice, it was mushy(see pics). My first bite was a mouth full of rice flavored goo. Beef was so dry it was like chewing beef jerky. Chicken was just as dry. Then everything was covered in a sweet sauce that just too much after a couple bites. Spring rolls, 2 cokes, and 2 lunches – $60. Now I know why we were the only customers at lunchtime.
Don’t think I’ll be back

I went around noon after four years of not going here. There was not a single customer in the building. I ordered a large rare steak, pho like normal. The rice noodles were way overcooked. The Sriracha was almost empty. And the Thai tea tasted bad. I’ve never had a bad tea in my life. I feel like the new owner is cutting corners on Food safety I didn’t feel comfortable. They gave me one fourth of a lime six pieces of jalapeño, And did not bring me no water. Like I have to ask for water or what. I expect this place to go out of business at some point.

Not my favorite pho place in the Springs area but was overall a good experience. I got the P2 which was the brisket and steak and the meats tasted fine. The broth was very very sweet and idk if that’s because of MSG or some extra added flavoring. I personally did not like that but it wasn’t a bad Pho broth. I wish it was a bit lighter and not as sweet. Also, Pretty expensive for a medium sized bowl of Pho. About $15. Their spring roll for 2 is about $9 bucks which is a lot as well

We got the beef plate and a bowl of Phò. The meat looked like it was thin frozen circular slices of meat and was cold by the time it got to our table. The egg rolls tasted like the frozen ones I buy from the grocery store. My husband liked his Phò but said the noodles tasted like they were frozen as well. When you order ice tea also note its Jasmine and not the typical Black tea! Tasted great but they only had sweet n low for sweetener. They also got my Boba order wrong but did correct that. Lighting is darker but it’s not too dark and if you don’t like the lighting there are seats right below some and it’s more than adequate. Our server was sweet but very quiet and difficult to hear.
*Update morning after eating here. The meat looked questionable and I should have told them but I ate it anyway.. I’m now sick as all get out..*

This place had some really good pho I enjoyed it very much the meat and tripe were delectable. The spring rolls tasted fresh and crisp and the wontons were nice and hot. I also ate extremely comfortable thanks to the slightly dim lighting and the calm mood this restaurant has. The lady at the front was polite and sweet and our order came it about 5 to 10 minutes just what you like nice and quick. The only thing that would have made my meal better would be if the waitress was a bit more attentive for when we needed more drinks but other than that this place is great. I look forward to coming back here and trying more of their delicious menu.
