Not only the best Pho in Belleville but probably the best you’ve ever had, that was our experience anyways. Outstanding food, portions and prices. the staff were super friendly.
I went with the short rib, it was incredible and the broth seemed to have an extra cinnamon and peppery kick than the standard broth. Their spring rolls are huge and again some of the best we’ve ever had.

How did we not know about this fantastic restaurant. As soon as you walk in the front door the aroma well tell you you’re in the right spot. Beautiful decor, excellent service and most importantly fantastic food.
Our server informed us that they make the Pho broth with beef bones over 14hrs simmer and 2hrs with spices. Not rushed with powders or bouillon cubes like some other places. Even the pad Thai is made with actual tamarind not ketchup or gross overly sweet sauces you get everywhere else.
Yes, it was a touch more expensive, but only marginally more and worth every cent.
So glad we have an authentic Vietnamese restaurant similar to quality places in the city.

I’ve tried a lot of pho places around Markham and Toronto, and Pho Blue Basil is some of the best pho I’ve ever had anywhere. The broth is so ridiculously flavorful that you want to drink it just by itself, and the rare beef strips in the pho were soft and of the best quality. The crispy, fried spring rolls and the vermicelli shrimp rolls wrapped in lettuce and rice paper were freshly prepared and delicious, and they nicely paired with the peanut and sweet and sour dips.
The staff is very attentive and the owner, who personally came to serve us, told us that his beef stock is unlike most other because it’s carefully prepared by 16 hours of cooking in 7 spices that included star anise.
The portions are very generous and, even after ordering the “classic” (smaller bowl) of pho, I couldn’t finish everything. I’d definitely visit again, when I’m in the area of Belleville.

Wow! Just had the Classic Rare Beef Pho here and I was in heaven! The broth was so flavourful and delicious. Perfect amount of beef and noodles! Also had the deep fried pork spring rolls and again, Wow! Delicious, meaty with mushrooms and veggies. The owner came over and greeted everyone with a big smile. Very rare you get that kind of service anywhere these days! Highly recommend if you are in Belleville and looking for some hot, delicious pho!

Absolutely an amazing place to eat. The food was amazing, and they offer vegetarian and vegan options. I had the vegetarian pho, one of the best I’ve ever had, and the broth was so rich with layers of flavour. Girlfriend had their beef pho, and she said she really enjoyed it.
The service was outstanding. Very polite, very helpful with providing recommendations, asking if everything is going well, and very thankful for choosing their establishment. They gave off a very wholesome vibe, which we really appreciate in restaurants.
Would 100% eat here again when we are back in Belleville, or passing by the area and craving pho.

Super experience. The owner helped us order as it was our first time there. Almost everything on the menu comes non spicy so anyone can eat here. There is spice that you can add to your meal as you wish.
The food was fantastic and we will be going there again. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Wow! First time trying Pho Basil was today and I am very impressed. The summer rolls are absolutely incredible – wow! The sauce with the summer rolls is stunning. The pho broth is delicious and the serving size is absolutely generous for the cost. Service was incredible. I spoke with the owner and he was so welcoming. I will absolutely return and I will recommend to all!
