Came around 7 PM and wasn’t too busy. Ordered a Large Pho with Eye Round Steak and Brisket with Extra Noodles, and Grilled Pork Spring Rolls.
Spring rolls were good, nothing much to complain about other than I wish it had a bit more meat.
Soup: A pretty light broth that didn’t really have too much of it’s own flavor. I use sriracha in my pho so after adding my usual amount it tasted only like sriracha.
Noodles: Noodles were well cooked but the extra noodles I bought were brought out in a separate bowl, which was a generous amount, but I wish they put soup in the bowl too so it doesn’t start turning chewy.
Meat: The meat was alright and tasted good. Not much to say though.
Price/Size: The price was really good for the size considering I also got extra noodles on top of a large pho.
Extra: Kept the side stuff on a separate plate so it’s nice to put in only what you want. The lime was extremely juicy as well too which was nice.
Overall: It’s an alright spot. Not bad but not the best. Would recommend overall.

My husband and I visited this location in Carrollton for lunch. It was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Our server gave us great service. He was attentive and greeted us with a smile.
We both ordered PHO #16 and #22.
The broth was delicious and hot. Good noodles and brisket that was flavorful.We also ordered crab rangoons. They were fresh and tasty. Overall really great dining experience and we will be sure to visit again!

They don’t normally offer pork pho on the menu, but they went out of their way to make it for me, which I really appreciated. The hospitality here is top-notch, and the place is always clean. I adore PHO but this place has taken my love to another level. I ordered #31 the pho filet mignon in a size large. i can say a week later and I’m still thinking about it. The broth is delicious there is plenty of meat in the soup. My boyfriend got #64 sizzling beef udon. It is served on a hot plate and i heard the food sizzling while they were walking it over to our table. The noodles were so tasty the sauce was not oily at all. I love the hot plate, keeps the food nice and hot the whole time you’re eating. Me and my boyfriend traded meals halfway through and were stuffed. The staff is really friendly. I can’t wait to come back.

Good I ordered in Uber came greatly lacking in quantity. As you can see from the pictures the fried squid has 11-12 bite size pieces on a giant bed of just lettuce and jalapeños. The Mi Xiao doesn’t even fill up the box, looks half way filled up and so is the side of fried rice.

Great family owned restaurant. Amazing spicy pho and egg rolls. Definitely get the egg rolls if it’s your first time. Always great to eat at Pho Bistro.

This is my 2nd time trying them out. 1st time I ordered their rice plate to go and the grilled pork was just OK. The flavor was just so so. This time we came inside the restaurant, its nice inside. But our spicy beef noodle (bun bo hue) does not taste or looks like any traditional spicy beef noodle at all, veggies are sprout and basil leaves and include none of others. Also no cut of hog feet, just slices of pork. Of course, no pig blood dices either. I do not recommend this place if you want a bit of asian taste.
