I’ve been to this Vietnamese spot multiple times, and it’s hands down one of my favorite pho spots in the area; I recommend you come by especially if you’re looking for amazing vegan pho.
I ordered the mango nada and pho chay with vegan broth. The pho base is herby, comforting, and just so satisfying, and their tofu is seriously incredible.

Their smoothies are a little on the pricier side, but they’re worth it; the mango smoothie was delicious, with mango jelly and a hint of tajín that I loved.

My friend had the strawberry smoothie and the orange chicken, and she seemed to really enjoy it.

Yes, it might seem a bit more expensive at first glance, but I don’t mind paying more to support a local small business and the portions are generous.

Service is friendly, the place is clean, and we even sat and chatted for a while with no pressure to leave; it was such a relaxed atmosphere.

If you’re in the area, please stop by, tip well, and enjoy the food. You won’t regret it!

Was looking for a comforting bowl of pho on late evening and found this place, ended up disappointed. Ordered a super large size bowl but the portion was underwhelmingly small, wasn’t much beef given. Soup taste was below expectation, just slightly peppery and salty, not sure if its authentically prepared. Waitress has audacity to ask for tips where service given was just minimal. Recommend – a miss.

I have been a customer for a few years and the restaurant has been updated a couple of times. I can’t remember last time I visited before last week but the place has been renovated.

Food was good and service was great. The prices are appropriate to their quality and location.

Ambience is really good. The upgrades make the visit a more pleasant experience… so definitely an improvement. Server was very good and thank you for the constant visits to the table to offer water refills and to check if we needed anything.

I will be coming back.

Hurts me to give this low rating. I was very disappointed with this dining experience, all the way from the food to the service. The food took very long to come out with no updates provided as to why. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait. The pho lacked a lot of flavor, bun riey was too sweet, chicken curry was sooo thin. The only good thing was the chicken salad (goi ga). Viet food is my favorite but I will not be coming back.

Go to this place if you want to get ripped off. The serving portion on the calamari we ordered is utterly sad. This should not be $11.95.

This was our initial visit to this establishment, as our usual Pho restaurant was temporarily closed. Intrigued by the positive reviews, we decided to try this restaurant. While I had high hopes for enjoying the food and ambiance, I was ultimately disappointed. The dishes tasted bland and overly greasy, lacking in flavor. Despite ordering two Pho bowls, we were only given a single small plate of toppings. Additionally, while the service started off decently, we did not receive a water refill until we requested the check. Regrettably, we do not plan on returning to this establishment.

Most of the pho I’ve had is only good until the toppings are gone. Here, that is very different, as the rich and flavorful broth makes me want to eat until the bowl is empty. It’s such a shame my stomach isn’t bigger.
I had the house special pho as well as the spring rolls and Japanese tea. The meat toppings were thicker than I’m used to, but no less tender, and the egg rolls were crafted very well and served with a light but sweet sauce that complimented the flavor well.
The service was very good as well, as they were attentive and very helpful in my decisions on what to get. They did keep asking for me to leave a review a few times, which lost them a point in my book, but I hardly fault them. It wasn’t busy at all when I was there, which is a shame considering the quality of the food.
Overall, I will be returning.

Everything was super good and tasty. They also sell boba and teas. We ended up grabbing some at the end. Super good prices for the sizes.

This is now my favorite place to go for Vietnamese food, and one of the top 10 restaurants I’ve ever been to! Such a special find for my foodie husband and I.

Pho is incredible (and also available at this restaurant) but Vietnam has a lot more than pho to offer, and we struggled to find alternative dishes in Orem.

We stumbled upon Pho Bien Hoa and decided to take a chance. We asked for recommendations and the friendly staff asked insightful questions to find the right fit for us, then patiently explained how to eat our choices. Every restaurant is having a hard time finding staff so we were impressed by the fantastic and prompt service we received.
Serving sizes were great, we left completely full and still had leftovers.

We chose the following and will certainly be back for more:

• Canh Chua Cá (Catfish in Tamarind Broth)
This was the biggest win for us! It’s a sweet dish (initially) that you bring to a boil. Once it’s boiling, you take the catfish out and set it on the accompanying plate with peppers and fish sauce, bringing some spice to the sweet dish. Such a complex flavor! I have a fairly low tolerance for spicy food but was able to handle it. The spice complemented the dish without overwhelming it. You don’t have to use the peppers and fish sauce if those don’t suit your tastes.
A server informed us that the Hot & Sour Seafood Pho has a similar flavor as the original soup.
• Mì vit tiem (Vietnamese duck noodle soup)
This was a special for the day and may not always be available, but we were very happy with this savory dish.
• Jojo #3 dessert (white/red mung beans, taro paste, honey boba, rainbow jelly, coconut meat, pink pearls, pandan jelly with coconut milk)
Vietnamese desserts are seriously underrated and not as available as they should be in Utah. The textures and flavors in this made for the perfect sweet treat!

Thank you, Pho Bien Hoa / Jojo Teahouse & Desserts, for the incredible experience and meal!

Great food, service is ok but they were just kids trying to do their job so no big deal. Egg rolls were delicious, green tea was pretty good. Would easily stop by again
