Found this spot on Google while searching for pho near me and I’m glad I did. The space is cozy with really nice decor, and as someone who loves flowers, I was obsessed with all the beautiful flower bouquets throughout the restaurant.
Service was fast and smooth. A gentleman came by right away with menus and water, and just a few minutes later another staff member took our order. The food came out fairly quickly. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and the gyoza.
GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. Seriously, get it. I repeat, GET THE VIETNAMESE COFFEE. It’s hands down the best Vietnamese coffee I’ve had.
I ordered the brisket pho. It was good overall, though I personally felt the broth could’ve used a bit more flavor. Once I added extra lime and some of the chili at the table, it definitely came together.
Our server was kind and kept checking in on us. Even though they seemed short-staffed, everyone was working hard and functioning as a solid team.
I’d definitely come back and look forward to trying more items next time.

The food was delicious! I ordered the brisket pho bowl and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The customer service needs improvement. We were initially greeted, sat at our table and served our order, but there was no follow up by our server. We were not asked if we needed anything while dining and were not given our check. We had to go to the register to and inform them that we were done. The restaurant is nicely decorated and there were a lot of families dinning. Overall good but would suggest improving the dining experience with more attentive customer service, especially if customers are tipping.

Pho & Beyond Noodle Bar, Grill, Rolls & more! A nice addition to the Hualapai & Peace Way area. Modern and well designed. The atmosphere is delightful with pretty decor inside the restaurant. Friendly staff and good service. Simple menu choices from appetizers, specials, noodles, pho, rice and drinks. I like that the menu shows some food and drink pictures it gave us an idea of what the food would look like.

The food is always great tasting when we go here although most of the time we eat the pho soup. Atmosphere is good to where your table is spaced out comfortably and can hold a conversation and can hear the person across from you. Service can be a little slow when it gets busy during prime times for lunch or dinner. Great, safe neighborhood spot for pho. Definitely give it a try!

That said, for a large bowl, I was hoping for more meat, especially larger cuts of tendon and more noodles to really make it feel complete. The quality is there, but the portions could definitely be more generous.
On the drinks side, both the Vietnamese coffee and the brown sugar milk tea were hearty and well sweetened—great balance, not watered down, and perfect to pair with the meal.

Ah, pho, I run to you when I want to feel like I’m eating healthy. I came here after reading some of the other reviews, and being a pho lover. The inside was really nice. Relaxed atmosphere. It was really busy for a Wednesday night. I did get seated in about 10 minutes. A fierce amora from the kitchen. It was a pleasant atmosphere. It took about 15 minutes or so for the chicken pho to get out, and my goodness, what a nice portion of food. They give you Thai basil and bean sprouts and leave it out of the bowl of pho as well – nice touch. Flavorful broth, and not too sweet or overpowering. Noodles seemed to be fresh, and I loved the chicken, no gristle. I felt healthier after eating. Probably some of the best pho I’ve had. The service was friendly, but they also seemed super busy. I’d come back if I lived in the area.

I have to start by saying Pho and beyond is an experience. The atmosphere from when you walk in is clean and very aesthetic but in a traditional way. Furthermore, the service is highly impressive. I’m not sure if it is family owned but the servers and host are able to handle a large workload while still being friend and polite which shows they care about not only their work but the businesses reputation.
Food: I had the chargrilled steak spring roll appetizer and the P1 combination pho. The spring roll was four very large servings and the steak tasted great. It was paired with a nice dipping sauce and was refreshing but not overly filling. Further, I was really impressed by the quality of the beef in the P1 combination pho. What stuck out to me was every meat was cooked well, even that fat! The fat was thinly sliced and some had a nice smoke/char. To top it off, the brother was very very flavorful. My toddler begged to take some home because of how good it was.
Overall, while this experience might be normal for locals, as someone who just moved here from the south, I thought I had experienced some really good pho but this place somehow managed to set new expectations.
