Excellent food! I ordered from DoorDash. It came fast and was really delicious. I got the pho chin ñam, goi cvon dav hv, and the bahn mi Bo nuong. The pho was probably the most flavorful broth I’ve had with lots of meat. The tofu spring rolls had a big block of tofu. The beef sandwich was absolutely loaded with meat and came with two sandwiches! I’ll definitely be visiting the store.

I have been to 4 of the 5 Pho Ben restaurants around Houston. This one is the worst among the ones I’ve been to, starting with the hardest door to open and the blurriest menu I’ve ever seen in a restaurant, which makes me wonder if this location was even open before First Colony. There are many workers, but somehow it’s difficult to get someone to take our order. The portion of food is also the smallest compared to other locations. The broth and content are like 7:3. There are better Pho Ben locations. I don’t recommend this one.

I went here since 2022, I very like their pho, but what I experienced is whenever I drink the soup I always felt very thirsty, I don’t know did they put too much msg or is too salty. However, they still have lots of fantastic food you should try! Especially the whole chicken rice, is not to dry and it’s crispy!

One of the best pho in Houston. Open til 9:30pm. ADA wheelchair accessible…very clean and modern. The pho broth is so good…I think I am kinda addicted. Very generous portions. I’ll be back with friends…photos included.

Super cute atmosphere! The fastest service I’ve had for pho ever. The speed didn’t impact the quality of the bowl either. Only thing is the meatballs were a bit odd. The lean brisket was great and the side additions fresh. Loved the broth flavor!

So I visited for a Telfair after five months this used to be my favourite place for pho. Overtime the quality has drastically fallen the spring rolls are burnt and not very tasty anymore. The dumpling smell like uncooked flour and the pho was disgusting. The spicy chicken for were so spicy that are normal human cannot consume it however it used to be amazing before I used to be a regular customer not anymore. Please improve your quality for a Telfair and your service and the cleanliness.

This was our first visit to this particular location, we normally eat at the Hwy 6 spot. It’s a very clean and the atmosphere was pretty chill. The waitstaff was attentive and pretty helpful.
As for the food, very good and the presentation was nice and it arrived quickly. The plate of mint and beansprouts was fresh as well. My Wife and kids had their usual Veggie Phó. I had my go-to, Spring Rolls appetizer and Steamed Rice w/Steak and a Fried egg. It was all tasty, however my only gripe would be about the steak. In my opinion, the cubes were cut too small, had they been a bit bigger, I would’ve given a 5☆.
That little detail isn’t worth crossing this spot off of our restaurant rotation though. We’ll definitely be back and I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone craving a good Vietnamese dish.
Almost forgot, they’re located in a Strip Center so there’s plenty of parking as well

The food was good. I liked the fact that vegetarian options clearly mentioned that the soups are made with vegetable broth and not chicken/beef broth. Sadly, the overall experience was ruined by LOUD music (courtesy “Sunny” FM 99.1). Suggestion to the owners: Please reduce the volume and play some Vietnamese music for an authentic experience. Many customers want to dine in silence or have a conversation. Your loud music ruins that and gives a “cheap vibe” to your restaurant.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was absolutely unacceptable. I was greeted with a grimace, as if I wasn’t supposed to be there, and my service was subpar. I understand that restaurants get busy and that my food will take time to prepare, but I was among two other tables in the restaurant and my food STILL took an hour. I wouldn’t complain if my food was good, but here we are. Even after waiting an ENTIRE hour, my food was cold AND there was a fly in my food. I was so disappointed, not only with the service but my food as well. I can understand being tired especially if you just got done with a rush, but a fly in my food? Unacceptable. I will never go back here, and if you’re smart, you would never visit. I much prefer Justa Pho, and will continue to go there.

Cashier was very rude. I couldn’t even finish my sentence, they were not busy so there was no reason for her to be in a rush. I got my pho it was cold and it tasted like soap. When I went in to explain why I wanted a refund the lady (different lady) was not polite at all. They’ve lost my business totally. They act like they the only pho place in town lol. Garbage.
